In one of my 21-4138 personal statements in support of one of my disability claims, I had to attach an unusual interoffice memo from 1983 which the division's cartoonist drew humorous caricatures of each worker. I was depicted asleep at my desk wearing a cervical collar. This was found recently in an old scrapbook I saved. I hope it helps my claim.
