He has that amount without familiars equipped, so prob has 417% boss with them turned on, we don’t know if at that moment he had legion/link skills on but you can at least assume it goes up to 437% with the 20% boss potion
Mate if you do 50k culvert, whatever job u doing is too good in MapleStory, i do 15k culvert with 75m range clean and I also think my main is too good and I´m far from getting ur same lines.

Yes it's been a known issue. Valhalla lags when mobbing but seems to be fine when bossing.

Looking at gloom kill is a better comparison since the debuff is full uptime and doesn't have the boss disappearing and reappearing
