@@yashansamaranayake7033 the wall was already painted with white water water paint . Yes I did only one coat of smudging. I used only water paint .. I haven’t tried any other oil based paints .
Thank you very much. By water paint do you mean paint that dissolves in water? Why don't you make a video explaining this fully? There is no related video on TH-cam yet. If you do it will help many people and your channel will be viral for sure.
I don’t think English is her first language, but you get the jist. It certainly mimics the look of real concrete that has color variation and texture. Add joint compound to your paint if you want texture, but most people don’t want to literally texture their walls. A very clever faux paint treatment usually does the trick.

Yes I mixed water .
3:1 - 3 parts paint to 1 part water.

You will not get this effect in the real cement .
