I started RFA back in November 2022, been doing it every weekday, and honestly feel more active & flexible than ever. I remember fasting for Lent while playing this game and lost 9 pounds over 47 days (not to mention my stomach got flatter). Fasting/dieting seems to be a really good method to playing this game effectively. Currently on day 182 of RFA and still going strong. I’m not super jacked or anything, nor do I have abs, but I can definitely see muscle growth throughout my body. I’m almost done with the main story and really excited to see how this all ends. 8/10 game. But if you’re looking for a way to get lean, go to a gym as well.
I and my partner bought the Ring fit in 2020 and tried to use it as a gym substitute for a few months, what we found out after those months is that even tho we were playing at really high difficulties the results were not good enough. In my opinion, it is a fun way to exercise but it can't replace the gym.
Desk jobs are tough! I lost 18 pounds in less than two weeks when I first got a job at Lowes years ago. You don't need a gym, the best shape I have been in my life I was biking everywhere and eating a lot, and a ton of junk food, but because of the biking I was in great shape. Just get up and move as much as you can. Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
Best of luck on the weight loss journey! Diet is the biggest part so you’re not wrong about that. I myself have packed on a few so new year new me too lol. I got ring fit after the pandy so I don’t think I even opened it :/
thanks! and yeah - you know i had lost a bunch of weight in the past and my experience from that led me to believe that it rly is mostly diet (the only exercise I was REALLY doing at the time was standing for work). and yeah i mean - if you're going to the gym it's all good - maybe let ring fit be something for trips you go on or if you need something quick at home
From 1st Aug 2022 to to 1st Dec 2022 - I lost 42.5 kg (93 pounds) - so I was a bit perplexed why your "goal" was 5 pounds in 6 weeks? I was losing almost 6 pounds per week on average..... I work from home and my shifts are typically up to 12 hours a day finishing at 9pm - so form 9pm to 11:30pm each night I would walk/run. Losing weight is the easiest thing to do - but I just can't understand why you're going for 5 pounds in just 6 weeks? Anyways thanks for the video.
1. I stated in the video i dont have control over my diet which is the biggest part of losing weight. I lost 40 pounds over a summer once purely based off a reduced diet. 2. I started at 165. I didnt have a lot of room to go down to begin with 3. Most experts agree losing 1-2 pounds a week is considered healthy and safe. At ur rate u lost 5+ pounds a week If you actually lost that much weight congrats and all the power to you, but its kinda rude of you to disparage someone else trying to better themselves and lose 5 pounds. If losing weight is the easiest thing then you should sell your secrets because a bunch of ppl struggle with it
@@JamesLikesGames Yeah I did lose 5 pounds + per week :) I've got about 25 kg (55 pounds left) and then I'll be done with it ! Not much to sell about it - my caloric intake has been 900 to 1400 calories per day the entire time - and I've walked a minimum of 20k steps every day since I started - so the deficit was great. I actually didn't anticipate to lose that much so quick - I thought maybe in 4 months I'd lose maybe half of what I lost - so it's pretty awesome.
Onlyfans link when? Great video. Personally I already have a gym membership so the game is kinda obsolete at least for me but the fact that it exist and helped people with their goals especially in 2020 is something that I can commend

@@Disillusioned2022 bro unless your in my 700 pound life there’s no way you lost that much that quick with very little exercise.
