@@sa.8208 From what I remember the hijackers trained on how to fly the plane in flight simulators so it seems not unlikely that the best pilot would have been on the Pentagon plane and he basically landed at full speed. There was a joke about how they weren't very good students because the always crashed the plane in the simulator but who's to say they were ever trying to land successfully. My question was always the lack of additional footage from the crash. I don't get why there is just the one crappy video available when it seems like there have to be more. Unless...

Saw the special. Gonna be honest, it was incredibly mediocre. I found myself rooting for Tim through out the special the same way you root for your car when your turning the key as it click click clicks and it doesn’t wanna start.

I was in Denver for his special taping and the crowd was awful. It was amazing that he didn’t walk off stage and tape it somewhere else
Interesting that could of been it. I noticed a bit of crowd fatigue too.
My biggest complaint was that weird televangelist-style voice quavering he did at the end of almost every sentence, totally didn't land the impact of what he was saying. The way he talks on these podcasts are way more punchy which makes what he says so funny, that shaky inflection on stage just didn't land at all for me but good for him either way for getting that special out
think I know what your talking about. For me it might of been an high expectations that I do not want to claim to be “ unrealistic “ because I think Tim is very funny and raunchy and most importantly intelligent and honest. He’s so good on the podcast you just expect it to translate into his stand up {especially a big Netflix special} and the fact that it didn’t hit like you would expect was very meh. It was a sub par experience, so much so that after it was done, I just immediately got the urge to explore some other comics specials I’ve been meaning too, and I finally got around to checking out Shane Gillis and his 40 minute TH-cam special, and I was deeply upset at myself that I waited so long to check him out. His TH-cam special was absolutely amazing after watching Tims special and I expected Tim’s special to land and connect with me like Shane’s did. Perhaps I just learned something new about myself and my sense of humor or something, or maybe it was just something that felt off about Tim and his performance. It felt very nervous’E / half efforted / not 100% in it.
I maybe laughed twice during Tim’s special and that wasn’t me coming in as a critic. I came in excited ready to laugh and see what Tim had to say, and the whole time there was just no rhythm or connection.
It honestly felt like a twilight zone episode where a dimension existed where Tim was a hack comedian.
I’ll try and listen again, but I’m honestly just lookin forward to the next special.
Perhaps I might just not be into his stand up but love him as a comic just like how most people feel about Joe Rogan.
I’m super happy for Ben and Timmy and I still support him because he IS undeniably funny, and hopefully it was just a weird set.

I think Seattle has the right idea (sarcasm). Let the homeless smoke crack (which I have seen several times now) and just let them roam the streets like zombies. At least the homeless in Atl were only smearing shit and taking shits on the sidewalks...
How about cotton picking camps for the homeless - teach them a useful skill.
