The signature of the actors name Drake Mallord is secret identity of the Real DW from the OG show it is also a common term for male duck which is like being named boy human.
You remember a couple episodes ago, Launchpad introduced Beakley to DW and she was disappointed to learn it was cancelled before finishing a story? The opening of this episode shows WHY she was so upset and needed to make a fanfic film to feel happy about it.
so fun fact, jim starling is voiced by the original voice-actor of darkwing duck Jim Cummings, while Drake Malored was darkwing's secret identity in the original, voiced by a new actor. Jim also voiced Nega duck who we never actually got an origin story for in the original, so it's great to see negaduck began here!
It’s close... negaduck version 1 was dark wing’s negative side... this was negaduck version 2. In the original, He came from a dimension where the characters’ morality and personalities were reversed.
Doesn't help that Negaduck I and Negaduck II got conflated in a lot of promotional materials. One of the home releases had a picture of Negaduck II on the cover, but only included the Negaduck I episode, as well as a trading card that showed a picture of one and listed the description of the other.

The voice of Storkules and Mickey Mouse is the voice of the new Darkwing Duck, he is Canadian as well. The film's director is also voiced by Edgar Wright, the guy who directed Shaun of the Dead and Scott Pilgrim vs the World
"Cancel" is probably not the best term, as it implies more was planned but never made. The show's makers noted that they have known for a long time season 3 would be the last one.
The amazing legendary Jim Cummings voiced Darkwing Duck and NegaDuck in the original. In this episode Jim Cummings plays Jim Starling who is supposed to be a mixture between Darkwing and NegaDuck, jim starling even looks like Jim Cummings a bit. Also the creator of the original Darkwing Duck, Tad Stones makes an appearance in this episode as the security guard at the front of the studio. Fun facts for all.

I love this episode, it does so many things and it does them so well. From in-universe worldbuilding and setting up new characters going forward, to meta commentary on remakes and the push/pull of new versions with the relationships fans develop with their favorite media's original versions. And it stirs all of these things together in one 30 minute episode and it works effortlessly. A truly great episode.
Fun Fact: The voice of Alistair Boorswan is voiced by known director (who's my favorite director btw) Edgar Wright, who directed the Three Cornetto Trilogy (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World's End), live action adaptation of Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, Spaced and Baby Driver. I definitely recommend watching his movies, their my favorite comedies, and Baby Driver, in my opinion, is his best work 'cause it has a great style as well as a good story, plus it's been his passion project to make this movie for a long time. He's got a documentary and a new movie called Last Night in Soho, coming later this year. He has a very fun and energizing style to his films and it comes with Wright's filmmaking. I would want to say more about him, but I don't want to spoil it more, just watch his films, you won't be disappointed.

Fun fact: The director goose guy is voiced by Edgar Wright, IRL film director best known for the Cornetto Trilogy, the Scott Pilgrim adaptation movie, and Baby Driver!
A few pretty good VA secrets in this one. We have Jim Cummings reprising his role as OG DW/Jim Starling; Chris Diamantopoulos, voice of Storkules and the version of Mickey Mouse from the WWOMM show, voicing the new DW/Drake Mallard (which was OG DW's real name); the original creator of the original DW show, Tad Stones, voicing the fire-extinguisher-toting security guard; and finally, my personal favourite: the director was voiced by Edgar Wright, director of Baby Driver, Scott Pilgrim vs the World and Simon Pegg's 'Cornetto Trilogy' (Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, The World's End). It would have been cooler if he'd been voiced by Christopher Nolan, since the Darkwing/Batman comparison is fairly obvious, but even the fact that they brought in an actual director to voice the director is pretty cool!
the reason why this ducktales reboot was so good is because it was made by people who grew up with the orginal hrenche why we get so many nudges to old disney cartoons in this series this is possibly one of if not best remakes i ever seen and it comes from somone who grew up in early 90s with ducktales, darkwing, gummibears , tails spin and so on
I just wanna say before even watching the reaction, it’s so much more amazing if you remember the origin of Negaduck. “The original Negaduck, popularly named Negaduck I, is the evil version of Darkwing Duck after the tronsplitter split the hero into a negatron and a positron version, the latter being Posiduck. This happened in the episode "Negaduck", production number 4308-025.” Which this episode had Megavolt as the villain for the movie, the same villain that made the first version of Negaduck.

I think that he would’ve made a good villain because all the other villains in the show knew they were doing wrong, but based off of what starling said at the end he probably would’ve thought he’d be doing the right thing for a while at least. I think they could’ve at least brought him back in the finale.

I really love your videos, big fan.
Iamzamber They hurt at the part where he said was canceled before we can end this story cause To me it did hurt 😔 a little, because One of the cartoon shows I’ve seen or any other shows had either a big season or a short one And one of them had some endings that were unfinished sad 😔 right
The lists:
1. Spider-Man unlimited
2. Tattooed teenage fighters from Beverly Hills. Eve tho I never seen the show before m, I saw it in a syfy channel review.
I wasn’t actually sure what else I can remember, can someone give me some ideas
