I knew that there were ferry routes from Maizuru, but I didn't know ferry services from Tsuruga to ports of Hokkaido. Shin Nihonkai Ferry's services are always excellent.
I just returned today from taking the exact same trip on this ferry. The entire voyage was exceptional. It would have to be by far the very best Japanese ferry trip I have done so far. I would highly recommend this voyage to anyone who is interested in doing it.

It's certainly not civilized to feel cramped in a small airplane. I think more people should reconsider the idea of lying on a spacious ferry, enjoying the food and scenery, and heading towards your destination.😊

I'd like to see smoking banned in the UK. King Sausage Fingers just passed a law that anyone currently under 14 will never be legally allowed to smoke. It would be good if Japan phased out smoking too. It would be good to ban smoking on ferries. Imagine having to sleep in the same dormitory as several chain smokers.
All these Japanese TH-camrs copying each other with the Ferries, trains and buses. Here's the only thing I've learned. The best channels are the ones who eat various foods...the worst ones are the ones who eat fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. Other than that you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference from one channel to the next because they are all doing the exact same content, filming it the exact same way, editing it the exact same way. I swear these channels are just following each other around. But who's copying who? lol

専用バルコニーまであるとは、、、クルーズ船さながらの船室！逆にツーリスト以下のお部屋や共有のスペースはやや古さを感じますね。しかし天望窓は大きくて椅子まであってくつろぎやすそう〜魅力的！
主さまのチャンネルを見ていると、唯一乗船経験のあるおが丸が、モノと人を運ぶことを重視したシンプルな造りと船内であることがよくわかります。
決めました！次はこれに乗ろう！
この船はやや古さが目立ちましたが、個室は広くて機能的でした。おっしゃるように大部屋よりも個室がおすすめです！おがさわら丸はやはり島の人たちのライフラインをつなぐという重要な使命があるので、実用性が第一という感があります。フェリー旅をじっくり楽しむなら、さんふらわあや太平洋フェリーなどもおすすめですよ～😸

今年の七月にこれに載って秋田で下船して、マイカ－で青森に向かう算段をしてました。ところが、
帰って来る日がその後の予定と合わず断念しました。確かこの便、行き帰り共に週に一便のみと聞き
ました。その便だと敦賀到着（帰着）と次行動がかぶりますのであえなく計画が没になった次第です。
舞鶴小樽間は毎日運行の様ですね。 2023/10/13
それは残念でしたね...。このフェリーは敦賀での発着は週に1回きりなので、確かに少し使いにくいです。舞鶴から小樽だと毎日発着してますが、小樽から青森はすごく遠いですよね。次の機会、スケジュールと合うならぜひまた乗船を検討してみてください。よいフェリー旅を！😆

乗船時間短いですが非日常を手軽に味わえますね
ただ秋田港下船案内の放送がAM4時に流れるので睡眠時間も短いです・・・

それは残念でしたね。飛行機だと代替の機体が用意されますが、フェリーはそれができないので、こういう時には困りますよね。😅

The best channels are the ones who eat various foods...the worst ones are the ones who eat fish for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. Other than that you wouldn't even be able to tell the difference from one channel to the next because they are all doing the exact same content, filming it the exact same way, editing it the exact same way. I swear these channels are just following each other around. But who's copying who? lol
Thank you for your comment. Your opinion is very interesting. However, I do not agree with the opinion that all TH-camrs' ferry trip videos are the same. And I love to eat fish, even 3 meals a day. Please have a nice ferry trip! And eat fish.😀
