For example, WWE is currently "PG" which means basically all kids can watch kid friendly content (for the most part). TV-14 means the content would be directed towards people of that age, with more teenage content being present.
TV-14 would basically include stuff like graphic violence, nudity, cussing, blood and gore, sexual innuendo, etc. It would allow WWE to cater to a more adult or mature audience, just like WWF (R.I.P.) used to. There would be more creative freedom.

Darth Destructus Dude if you think their jokes and writing are bad now. Wait till you see some old TV-14 crap they used to do. The problem is that WWE is not focused on doing actual PG wrestling and in stead is in a state of limbo, where they have Exreme Rules and Hell in a Cell but no one goes crazy on one another and all matches are structured the same. NXT is PG wrestling done write. Clear lines between good and bad guys and every one is serious about being a wrestler and not a character and those that are characters are usually booked strong so you dont even notice.
