I have the Bestpar 60’s I was having trouble with pairing them I didn’t know about the little black button and once I changed it to the correct color I was good to go. I hear you on the wife nagging but just tell her it’s a great tax write off👌🏼 That’s the beauty for us djs we can write off all our gear we buy. Best of luck and great tutorial video 👍🏼
Lights looks good. The reason I said turn the IRC off is because I normally start off with a static color. And when the party starts I use the remote to put it on sound activated mode. But now mydmx go works. I ordered 6 wedges. Should be here next week.
@@dreamdaycharleston i haven't experienced any dropping unless my tablet is far from mydmxgo transmitter. I posted lots of videos on my channel explaining both lights and mydmxgo..
@@DjBriteEyes that is super cheap, im paying $80 Australian for crappy mains powered ones, im gonna have a look for these, how long will the battery last do you think
@@DjBriteEyes That would be interesting to see how far you can go, also maybe if put them in different rooms to see if they can handle walls etc, i did a job with the Xvive U3 system this week and I was surprised that they worked perfectly through a couple of stud walls, which was super handy ins of running cables
The rockwedge supposedly also has 10 Channel which would be on A001 from what I can see but when I put it on that for mine it doesn't work at all? D001 works great but I don't have access to faders at the right end... 7, 8 etc that control things like strobe and so forth...??? ( I am using a DMX controller, wireless and it works really great with six channels I would love to get 10, help? Rockville doesn't answer my emails of course)
i do 200 for 12 being they are battery powered and dmx easy set just got to remember to charge them lol but if you want you can offer a up lighting for head table

You might be upset over what I’m about to write. I called Rockville today and got the 6 wedges and the case for 650.00. Crazy! I’m never ordering online again.

I've been using the chauvet freedom pars for a few years now but they're so pricey and since I rent them, the batteries are always running out during the event. Then I end up spending more renting backups each event. Would love to find something comparable but didn't break the bank to own. These looked like a great fit. Have you noticed any color bleed when mixing colors to try and match say a bride and grooms funky shade of pink, or a weird orange, or a purple? and how might the throw be in comparison width and height to a comparable freedom par (if you've ever used them)?
Vince Zingale Yeah no noticeable bleeding into colors and I did a gig was they had freedom bars it was almost identical especially compared to the price
All Rockville did was buy those lights in bulk from a Chinese supplier and have their name placed on them. You could save a lot of money if you just contacted a supplier who makes similar lights and buy directly from them. Skip the middle man. I did and paid half of what Rockville charges!
Just order from a supplier yourself. Don't buy from them unless you want to pay double. Those lights are just Chinese lights that you can buy directly from a supplier and save money! Both Lighting is one place and Lyric Chen is one person that can help. She's on FB and WeChat.

I think you sold me on the Rockville lights. What's the max distance they can be and still communicate with each other?
i only used them about 45 feet away so far i want to test them at a further distance
Can you set them up so that they all do seperate colors, like sound mode but not all of them the same color

Where did you get the carry bags?! Now they’re being sold with a anti-tank round fixture charging flight case that’s ginormous

not at all just when charging them make sure you switch to charge the light will go red and when fully charged go green
