Need a set of bearpaws for both ends and need to drop that front blade and clear the trail coming back down with that drag, it helps slow down your desent and saves on the brakes a bit in the process, I ran skidder for several years and my boss would have canned my ass for not keeping my main drag trail in better shape than that when I had a chance like coming down with a drag like that.
