@@ryanvelaphi3045She doesn't. I've read the manga and can confirm her quirk isn't making clones. Her quirk allows her to turn into anyone and use their quirks if she drinks their blood. Now, you're probably thinking about how she used Twice's power. But even then, Twice's clone quirk isn't hers.
