You all pls take care of ur health by drinking hot water, hot soup, herbal tea, kashayam, jeera pepper rasam rice, garlic rasam, Amla Ginger Jaggery Soft Candy, Golden milk with turmeric, pepper powder & cinnamon powder mixed in warm milk which will be soothing for cold cough & fever.
