Outstanding work 👍 💯🎯✌
As always, very nice work! If you're up for a challenge, how about wootz san mai? Copper and/or nickel shim between the layers maybe?
Необыкновенно!
too expensive for me, great product by the way, looking amazing..
Here's an interesting idea, a twisted damascus blade with used steel and copper. I love the single line down the middle but im curious to see the contrast when its all across the blade in random patterns.
That'll be cool but I think it might cause cooper to be on the cutting edge which wouldn't make the blade the most functional. At least that's my theory we won't know unless someone tries it out.
@@jahurtadon You make a good point its true, there's a risk the copper twist might get on the blade edge and make it weaker. I guess testing it would be the best way to know as well, even if it ends up as a display piece only.
Copper would be too soft to be along the edge of the blade.
Divinely!
What's up, buddy?!! Hmm, I'm in love with this one 😍 simple and unique. Impeccable 👌
Thanks

Can ask a question about the steel please? As the billet was being cut for stacking and cleaned for the forge weld the sparks it was throwing were not indicative of carbon or tool steel, but after you sprayed on the template and started cutting it, it was putting out a massive shower of sparklers. Why?
7:33 ive never understood What thats for. Is it just a little detail to make it look more professional or does it have a unique use?
Easy sharpening.
07:42 зачем в начале лезвия со стороны ручки круглым буром делайте полуотверстие? Уже не раз видел и не могу понять, объясните плиз. Привет из Киева!
The notch (half hole) at the beginning of the blade helps make sharpening the cutting edge easier. With the small cut in, you aren't running the stone or belt into the plnge line or guard. It just gives you a little extra room to work.
thank you very much, now I understand. Your video is very beautiful and your products are simply brilliant. Hello from Kyiv Ukraine!
