This Ukay, there two other major dialects Amdo Kay and Kham Kay. Kham and Amdo have been incorporated into other Chinese provinces but majority are still fluent in their respective dialect. You mentioned standard dialect which is Ukay which is native to Utsang and not to Amdo and Kham. Some Amdowa and Khampa may most speak Ukey but they speak their dialects perfectly and that’s not a problem because Tibetan is Tibetan and you there have no right to call dialects that are not Ukay “mixed”?

They are speaking in Lhasa dialect. What is pure Tibetan? Is it Kham dialect? Is it Amdo dialect? Is ii Ngari? or Toepa dialect? We Tibetans living in India are not all from Lhasa, besides we have our own dialect evolved in last 60 years based on environment that we are living in. Nothing wrong with that. Stop that nonsense. Sounds just like Chinese talk.
