Hello everyone, after many days of waiting, I finally got to harvest floating rice. Although the paddy is not good enough, but I was very happy because it was my first test.❤❤❤

Incredible rice harvest I bet you're very happy with how productive your floating garden was. Your chickens might like it if you can them some nice dried grass for a bed in their home, you'll need to change it every couple of weeks but all the poo from them will make it into very good compost to add to your bananas or garden. Have a good day :)

@@anicetapreciosaelechobagun9082 : "Generating Electricity": @P. Skills' needs would be low. A small generator or DC motor the size of your fist would be sufficient. Thanks for all your great videos. If you are threshing rice, I recommend the "Senbakoki". It is like a rake, and the rice is pulled through the teeth to separate the kernels.

    HELLO,
I've been watching you for at least 1 year with my son (he's 3 and a half years old now)
    WARNING :
I have the feeling, that it is urgently necessary to reinforce your wall which retains the water of your pond. (the one where your fish live with your raft).
Sometimes, over time, the walls deform inside because of the enormous weight: which weakens the construction inside, and we would all be very sad if it were to blow up. We love you very much.

The floating raft of rice is an ingenious method of aquaponics. The falling grains/plant debris & insect larvae dropping into the water the fish waste feeding the rice roots. All you need is a constant supply of waste material laid down as mulch & the system "sings" by itself.

They taste richer and sweeter. This type of banana shows up in the ethnic grocery stores around here and they are very good.
They make your average store banana taste bland.
There are like 1500 different varieties of banana out there. Some are quite starchy and are used more like a sweet flavored potato.

Corn uses alot of nitrogen from the soil. Traditional native Americans planting corn, beans/peas and squash together. The corn first, then the bean or pea would climb the corn, and the squash would provide Natura living mulch for all three.
Also you can plant cool season crops like cabbage, broccoli, colliflower, and carrots. I recommend digging a root cellar to store them.
