Aww Peter, you just made my day! I’m so glad you love the diamond painting I sent! I’m so glad I was able to send you one ☺️ I hope you are doing well! -Much love, Sylvia
I love diamond painting I’ve done a few Harry Potter ones and I have the Hogwarts crest waiting to be done. But something you can do to help save time is to have the single tip at one end of the applicator, and the multi-placer on the other end, and you don’t have to keep replacing them and just turn applicator when you want to change tips.
"The dimondpainting we are doing today"...I was like that's optimistic. It sounded like you were doing the whole thing in one day. Haha. I love Dimondpainting. I do listen to audiobooks alot or watch something on TH-cam. So it's a good thing to "theme" it with what your doing.
I love puzzling, but diamond art has always intrigued me, too. It does look like a fun activity for a family gathering, and I can also imagine working a Harry Potter one during the winter break with the movies on and a fire in the fireplace.
I’m 32 years old and going back to college as I’ve changed my major from child development to law! So nervous!!! 😬 love your videos! Thank you for all your hard work!
You can do it! I taught college and had tons of “older” students, and honestly preferred the maturity and organization in the older students to the younger ones. Get to know your professors, and staff, and you’ll do great!
I recently started doing diamond painting because I thought I would not have the patience for it. I started out small and now I’m working on a bigger project. However one this size is way far down on my list. I do suggest if you want to try it shop around for a cheaper kit so you can find out if you like it or not. It’s very time consuming.
This channel and you makes my 26 year old self feel so much younger again. It really immersed me in all thing wizard and witch. Torn between being a hufflepuff or ravenclaw.
I’ve been doing these forever and you taught me what the magnet is for. If you do a lot of these I recommend getting something from Walmart to hold all the open bags upright so they don’t spill. Many larger paintings will have the bags used all over the place in small amounts and it’s not needed but it’s such a quality of life improvement. Also, square diamond paintings come out the best usually if you work in a crisis cross pattern with first the tweezers and then fill in with the applicator. Love to see more people getting into this. Diamond art club is for sure the best company to use.
I have thousands of diamond paintings. Yes I know, I will never live long enough to do them all. But collecting them is a whole other hobby. I started in 2017 and shortly after that, I launched my channel to help others, seeing that there was so little information out there about my newly found obsession. 6 years later and I'm still doing it. I'm doing a very large diamond painting right now (20"x42") from one of my favorite artists for the "Drills and Chills" event. I do mine in my recliner in the living room while watching movies and TV programs with my family. When I'm alone, I listen to my audiobooks. It definitely takes away the stress of the day.
I’m so happy to know there are people out there who enjoy my favorite past time and Harry Potter as well! 😆Thank you Peter for allowing me to be apart of this AHHMAZING community that restores the child in me every upload! 😊
I’m currently working on my first Diamond painting but I was gifted the Hogwarts express one and can’t wait to begin when I finish my current one 😊 I’ve definitely learned some tricks as I’ve gone but even if you make mistakes it looks beautiful! It’s such a great activity when I’m anxious
Love the variety of your videos 😊 this video was so relaxing to watch …. And oh my goodness when you unrolled the Deathly Hallows at the end my mouth dropped open - it’s SO beautiful!!
I love diamond painting, been doing it for years. I was so excited when DAC released their harry potter series of paintings. I've been looking at this one for months, one day I'll afford it 😅
Beautiful piece! I tried my hand at diamond art painting last year and have finished a piece (it was an owl) and started on another. I've been busy so haven't gotten back to it but this video reminded me that I have a couple more that I want to work on. Thank you!
I really enjoy the art style, I usually finn the cartoon style used in HP merchandise not my cup of tea, but this pixel art style kind of remind me of original Phoenix Whight character art, cute!
i love diamond painting. im so mad that this has been a thing that has been around for such a long time and i didn't know about it. I've gotten 3 done in the last month, im so addicted. anyway, happy helpful tip. that pen has two sides to it and you can have the single applicator on one and a multi tool applicator on the other so you can just flip the pen around as you work, instead of having to pull one out and put another in. Hope that helps, happy painting.
Okay this is little weird and random cuz my dad just told me about Diamond Art Club yesterday when showing me his and now one of my favorite creators has done one as well by the same group and it's very beautifully done
Seeing you do it with just the stuff included is mind-boggling to me haha. I bought a kit and immediately bought an organizer with phials so I wouldn't have to keep all of the bags organized haha It's also nuts to me that you only used one side of the applicator and didn't put a multi-placer on the other end haha
This whole Content and channel just heals my inner childhood. Wish I could go back and watch Harry Potter for the first time again :)) also now I’m inspired to create a Harry Potter artwork a a VCE art student 😅
As a beader/ jewelry maker i have beading storage containers to label and keep all my diamonds in so i can complete whole sections at a time versus just one color... way easier access to work those giant paintings..
I love to diamond paint! I do it just at home by myself. I haven’t done any HP ones yet, so my favorite so far is a snow man I did during the 2020 lockdown.
I am in awe of anyone with the patience and space to do these. I look at them but know I'd last maybe an hour before getting over it! (ADHD can go one of two ways: bored or hyperfocus lol).
I have done several harry potter house crests as well as others. My go to for diamond paintings is Diamond Dotz brand. They have a Hogwarts Crest that I started. That's going to be my favorite.
I have been doing diamond painting now for 2 years and I do scenery, religious, Disney as well custom diamond paintings from Amazon or temu or other diamond paintings.
One of my managers is into Diamond Painting and she does the really difficult but absolutely gorgeous artworks. I just started getting into it and found a beautiful one of Severus Snape on Amazon that I want to do. He's my favorite character so I'm excited to do it. After that the scene of them on the boats approaching Hogwarts for tbe first time. 😊
Never heard of this , awesome project I definitely have to look into this . Thank you Peter for sharing and keeping my Harry Potter niffler side informed .😊
Holy cow Peter!! HOW LONG Did that take you to do???? That Trio Painting is Gorgeous!! OK ignore this question. The one you showed was sent you by the Diamond Painting club. Thanks.
I did a small Hogwarts Castle a couple years ago and was working on a huge Stary Night but my daughter spilled some of my colors when she was “helping” so I haven’t gotten to finish that one yet
This looks so fun! I would have loved doing some of these when I was younger. I don't think I have the stamina for something like this now though. I'm still confused about the transparent film that was covering the poster...Do you put the rhinestones on the film and then peel it off? Do you remove it when you're putting on the rhinestones, then put it back when you're taking a break?
You already know I diamond paint. 😂 I have a whole wall of them. I've had to take the summer off, but I can't wait to get back to it! I have a bunch to do!
I’m new to diamond painting. You said leave plastic on until you’re done so my question is you put the stones over the plastic or do you open it partly?
Woa coffee and Peter surprise -so cool - this would be fun as a group project, holy moly that's huge! Ok I'm with Peter Id have to us a bit of magic to finish this or it would take me a year lol
I do these all the time. So I have a tiny little tip for you: Don't start just ANYWHERE. I recommend starting at the corner of the canvas because you need that plastic to cover the adhesive.
@ThePotterCollector you are more than welcome. Thank you for your code I made my first DAC order yesterday I live in the uk so I'm excited for them to arrive
You can put the tips on both top and bottom of the applicator at the same time instead of switching them out. 🙂. Just thought I'd let you know if you didn't. Love your channel.

Diamond painting is one of my favorite hobbies to relax and chill. I must do a Harry Potter one now
You definitely need to do a Harry Potter one!
This channel and you makes my 26 year old self feel so much younger again. It really immersed me in all thing wizard and witch. Torn between being a hufflepuff or ravenclaw.

I’m watching this while completing my own diamond painting 😂
How fun! Which are you completing?
I’m doing a scenic one that I got from Amazon, but my favorites are definitely the Harry Potter ones that I’ve completed awhile ago.
Lol me too! But just finished the Slytherin canvas and I’m working on a Halloween one now. I actually have the trio in my stash
Lol me to I’m doing a gumball machine
Beautiful, Peter. I don't know if I have the patience for this but I might try. Thank you for sharing. I love the glittery look.
It doesn't take any patience which is great. Well, patience in finishing it but if you know it will be a work in progress, it is fun. :D
So true! Mistakes don’t really show on these. Enjoy your first one!
@@ThePotterCollector thank you!
Love the variety of your videos 😊 this video was so relaxing to watch …. And oh my goodness when you unrolled the Deathly Hallows at the end my mouth dropped open - it’s SO beautiful!!
I’ve done the crest , the first and second movie poster from DAC …. They are so gorgeous and so much fun to do!
I’ve done the crest! I came out gorgeous! (The black background one) gave it as a gift and bought another for me… haven’t done mine yet.
I love diamond painting, been doing it for years. I was so excited when DAC released their harry potter series of paintings. I've been looking at this one for months, one day I'll afford it 😅

I bet a pill box would work well to hold the little gems too. You can put the sticker on top and snap it closed when you aren’t using it.
That would be a great use for a pill box!
I really enjoy the art style, I usually finn the cartoon style used in HP merchandise not my cup of tea, but this pixel art style kind of remind me of original Phoenix Whight character art, cute!
That’s a good observation. 😄
diamond painting is really peaceful and oh i'd love this design!

What a fun coincidence! It must be in your future. It’s fun!
I haven't done any diamond art , but I have framed a ton. My favorite is the last Harry Potter one you did. I totally love that one.
my mum is OBSESSED with Diamond painting or Diamond dots.
I love Diamond Art Club! I put up my Hogwarts Express diamond painting today to celebrate 😊
That’s perfect! Happy Back to Hogwarts Day!
Oh my goodness, I want that Slytherin crest one!! Too bad they don't have a Starry Nights Hogwarts (you should suggest that to them!).
That would be an amazing painting!
Oooooh, I'm a Gryffindor, but my best friend is Slytherin, and now I'm thinking I should get her a Slytherin crest for her Christmas gift. 😁
Seeing you do it with just the stuff included is mind-boggling to me haha. I bought a kit and immediately bought an organizer with phials so I wouldn't have to keep all of the bags organized haha

YESSSS Diamond Art Club is my favorite diamond painting company and I’m kitting up a Harry Potter diamond painting too!! 😍🥰
They are the best I have seen too!

Very cool! Thanks for thoroughly explaining the directions. I am definitely going to try to do one now! It looked pretty relaxing & easy to do.
Glad it was helpful! And yes, it couldn’t be easier. 😄
I'm making Hogwarts right now and I'm almost finished. I love diamond painting and yours is so cool!
watching this while doing my own diamond painting is so much fun
It’s like we’re doing it together!
I have been doing diamond painting now for 2 years and I do scenery, religious, Disney as well custom diamond paintings from Amazon or temu or other diamond paintings.

There is a lighting table you can use so you can see the numbers and symbols better on the canvas
My very first painting was Train of Dreams. I’m hooked I love diamond painting
Never heard of this , awesome project I definitely have to look into this . Thank you Peter for sharing and keeping my Harry Potter niffler side informed .😊
I love diamond painting. I have the Ravenclaw crest waiting to be done once I move. I have HP diamond painted ornaments also.
I've always been interested in diamond painting but I already do cross stitch which takes up a lot of my wall space already.
Peter. You can put the multi placer on the other end of the pen instead of switching them out every time!
Diamond painting is so fun! Happy back to Hogwarts day!
I love diamond art! I like taking mine with me when I go camping!
It would be fun to do outside!
The inner Niffler is excited! Thanks so much for sharing! 💎✨
I'm currently working on the hogwarts crest with the black background and colorful flowers!
What a fantastic video happy back to Hogwarts ❤
Agree!
My grandma loves diamond paintings=3 I am happy she has a hobby=3 Harry Potter content on September the first is fitting.Thank you=)
Ah this is so nice and relaxing, thank you. 😄
I love diamond painting . It's so relaxing.
It really is!
Beautiful painting!!
My cats would looooove to "help"me with this 😹🙀
Holy cow Peter!! HOW LONG Did that take you to do???? That Trio Painting is Gorgeous!!
OK ignore this question. The one you showed was sent you by the Diamond Painting club. Thanks.
I’m glad they did because you guys would be watching a 24 hour video. 😄 I’ll keep working on mine. Can’t wait to get those swirls going.
Hey Kenneth I’m doing my diamond painting while watching you cheers from England
Fun! Which one are you doing?
I was working on a DAC piece when this video came up 😊 love it when two of my additions meet!
I did a small Hogwarts Castle a couple years ago and was working on a huge Stary Night but my daughter spilled some of my colors when she was “helping” so I haven’t gotten to finish that one yet
Looks awesome finished.
I've done 2 different Hogwarts crests, and a unicorn which went to my oldest niece
I did the Luna Lovegood one last year and this year did the Harry Potter movie poster ones too
This looked amazing! My sister warned me off she said it took too much time. But watching this made me want to do at least one!
I love DAC 😍 I have a ton of the HP canvases just haven’t had the time to complete (start) them yet.
I and my sister did the hogwarts castle a few days back ......my aunt gifted us that when she came back to country from London
These are amazing! 🤩
I love the HP diamond paintings i have done
I ordered the Ford Anglia one! I am so excited to complete it.
It’s so ✨ SHINY ✨
I was waching this while i was dimond painting. im defnetly gonna buy this one!
Fun!!! 😄
Awesome art, definitely going to get one for myself. How long (in muggle time) did it take you to complete The Golden Trio?
This looks so fun! I would have loved doing some of these when I was younger. I don't think I have the stamina for something like this now though.
I'm still confused about the transparent film that was covering the poster...Do you put the rhinestones on the film and then peel it off? Do you remove it when you're putting on the rhinestones, then put it back when you're taking a break?
Lol looks awesome. I'm surprised he did this but not the puzzle lol
You already know I diamond paint. 😂 I have a whole wall of them. I've had to take the summer off, but I can't wait to get back to it! I have a bunch to do!
So stunning!!
The favourite one I made was a big one halloween themed with a black cat with a witch hat and a pumpkin :)
I’ll have to take a look at it on their website. 😄
It’s fun to do over time. Enjoy your coffee!
ANOTHER AMAZING VIDEO!!!
Hey thanks!
GAHHHHH GORGEOUS 🤩🤩🤩
Diamond art Club are just pure quality, I'm a Diamond Art Club member, ie tier......thats a small kit for me now😂 ...
I agree. The quality is top level. 😄
Getting one, I want one looks like so much fun.
They are great!
I do these all the time. So I have a tiny little tip for you:
Don't start just ANYWHERE. I recommend starting at the corner of the canvas because you need that plastic to cover the adhesive.
I live diamond painting. A little tip for you. If you peel the film halfway back and slowly press it back down again it flattens your canvas.
Great tip!!!
@ThePotterCollector you are more than welcome. Thank you for your code I made my first DAC order yesterday I live in the uk so I'm excited for them to arrive
Did you do the entire thing or did they send you that to show off? Just wondering how many hours it would take to do one of these
I’ve been thinking of buying a diamond painting set! Now with your code, I can save some coin!
Glad the code will be helpful. :)
Beautiful 😍
I have hermione and harry popmart figures exactly like the artwork
Did you finish the other diamond painting from before?
You can put the tips on both top and bottom of the applicator at the same time instead of switching them out. 🙂. Just thought I'd let you know if you didn't. Love your channel.
Looks great, I never did one of these before. Very interested in getting this
Go for it!
Now that I’m retired I need one of these!! It’s the Niffler in me!! Woohooo!! Lol 💜💜💜
This is the perfect retired thing to do... apart from costuming a show and visiting me, of course. :)
@@ThePotterCollector absolutely!!!!! 💜💜💜
Absolutely stunning! How long did it take to complete?
It isn't done yet and is a work in progress. :) The one I showed was a completed one Diamond Art Club sent along for me to show.
@@ThePotterCollector awww ok got it. Idk if I have the patience for it but it does look amazing 🤩
This one is so massive. It takes forever to finish

I am doing the ravenclaw crest in honor of my house for back to school where wit beyond measure is man’s greatest treasure
See you at the feast!
Peter I am surprised they didn’t send you the slytherin crest or the potions professor
Hey Peter! This wasn't exactly the right video for this message but as I was it reaches you right. Have you ever been out to Glen Rose Texas? Me and my mom have started doing them shes done 3 I’ve done 1/2😢 but they are so much fun!
Wow you did that the hardest way possible
To make the gems stay on the canvas I put a heavy weight book on the canvas for a few days
