- An incredible cold snap has arrived this week, but I have a lot of work to do in the garden. I also need to take care of the wooden top of my desk, which is stained.

Si tous les plants de légumes te donnent satisfaction tu vas avoir du travail dans l été, mais j ai déjà vu que te sais faire des tas de choses pour ne rien gaspiller

Dear Olesya, I am always sad when your videos come to an end. They are like being in a dream world for many of us, you create so much beauty and tidiness in your home. I also agree with you about thinking positively. It seems that our natural bent sometimes is to think negatively, but it is so detrimental to our mental health. I once read a book that was called Telling Yourself The Truth. It was a life changing book for me. The premise was that we tell ourselves negative things that are extreme and they are not actually the truth. If we stop ourselves when we notice those thoughts, we can redirect our thoughts to what is actually true. This is so good for our mental health and our lives in general. This is a Christian book that is older, but a very good read.
