Imagine a Korean knows Swahili but Ugandan next door does not know Swahili. What is that called? Also tell the Korean Guy that the Port of Dar es Salaam is in the process of being expanded and also there will be another Huge Bagamoyo Port be built next to Dar Port in the near future which will solve all issues of offloading Delays
