You know in the middle of video I stopped this video and watched your old first video of aloo rice..really you have come so far and you have learnt with your experience and it's an unbelievable transformation...lovely and well organised pantry and was mesmerising seeing beautiful and very clear way of organising....what I do when groceries come i seive all dals and flours .....and here in Gujrat we get sunlight so keep it ...for few hours in sunlight and put zandu para goli or cloves or bay leaves ..and put it back in jar .....I think in India you get more chances of spoiling rice and toovar dal we buy it for the whole year during its season....and rest other dals one kg according to mY need and consumption....I dry roast peanuts and sooji also and never spoils .... according to Indian wheTher
