I decided to watch "ride your wave" after ep 5 and let me tell you, it wasn't a good idea, cuz i couldn't cry anymore, but it helped me to get over it. Also, later on, me and my friend randomly watched barbie movie and now both her and i believe that Sho is a merman...

I just finished this anime and i gotta say sho's death was really sad and when sho's brother first appeared i thought it was him but then i realise that it wasnt and it made me even sadder but like this anime NEEDS a season 2 like i wanna see them conquer the world!
Please i really hope sho is there somewhere. I'm guessing that he has bad relations with his family. I remember seeing his brother in a magazine one ep where corgi was learning tips. Sho's brother prolly taught him surfing and prolly got compared to him a lot explaining him wanting a normal family in the bath. Idk wht msg he got but maybe that wanted him to abandon his surfboard. Maybe hopefully he is there somewhere and sees all his friends surf and decides to practice and keep his promise. This is my theory cuz it feels weird to just brush off him disappearing. The way they ignored it low-key means that there will be an explanation and for that to be brought up we will need sho. Hopefully its sho who is gonna explain what happened that night. This is my theory. They glorified sho and corgi started bcuz of him. Its going to be really depressing for an anime to have a main plot line surrounding that.nik it might seem like me trying to convince but I really hope I'm right. For once. Just for once I hope wht I'm thinking is right.
im pretty sure sho isn't dead, killing him off in the 5th episode just doesn't make any sense to me.. plus he's one of the main characters, even appearing second in the op (not sure if it means anything tho) plus, just like his bro said, he can't die easily since he's a trained surfer. i think and hope he will reappear sometime in the future ... or maybe he quit surfing? waahh idk anymore if he's actually dead i- the reason i got into wave is because of sho and his voice actor (ogasawara jin, i love him) and i'll just hope he ain't dead and at least a few of the things i said are right
