Hi. I bought these 88e but found to them pick up static from other devices such as car key fobs and pager systems. Is there something in the setup to avoid this issue?
I think the BF-888S is better, but it's not legal in the UK as it has a 5w output and a removable antenna (even if you reprogrammed it to the right frequency). But idk how strick people are with that

Can you set your channel and won’t have to keep changing the channel to talk?
Once it's fixed to a channel, you won't need to change it again to talk as long as the other radio is on the same channel.
