Actually, I had a doubt, if we see capital A/c with partners' personal point of view, than dr is what partners personally gain(e.g drawings, that partners personally get) and cr is what they give(to the firm) (e.g capital, that they introduce is basically an expense for patners personally.) So, why do we Cr salary, commission and bonous of partners that is income/gain of partners?

Revise the rule of CLEAR. capital accounts are credited when there's a increase. Salary, commision, bonuses are an increase therefore credited.
