Comment.No.2......Walekum Assalam (wrwb) Bouhat populr, bouhat hee lajawab recipe select kee hey app nain OLD DELHI FAMOUS ASLAM BUTTER CHICKEN ORIGINAL TOUCH looks simple but it is a complex recipe, marination in two steps of chicken with salt + lemon then after resting another marination begins with yellow chilli powder+ black pepper + gram masala+corn flour+ thick curd+ ginger garlic paste+ chaat masala + 2 pinch yellow food colour.......in third step roast with butter till light marks appear on chicken..to give tandoori chicken look....in 4 th stage thick paste curd green chatni+chaat masala fresh cream, add to roasted chiken yellow chilli powder and chaat masala ...after a long process a famous Aslam butter chicken is ready to serve.......well done ma'am looks so tempting so delicious and flavourful cuisine now ready to enjoy❤❤❤💕💕
