I finished my bachelor’s in Physics/Astrophysics but having hard time landing a full time job, i’ve research and internship experience as well as my personal projects. not sure what more to do as a recent grad

Finding a job after graduating can definitely be really difficult. What I would say is to keep going; someone will eventually bite eventually. Leverage any connections you may have, and maybe even consider jobs that you may not think you're qualified for. Also, it may be that you'll have to do something unrelated to your major to start, but you'll be able to pivot later on once you have some more experience. It sounds like you do have relevant experience, but time can be on your side if you are patient.

When you say Astronomy, are you also referring to astrophysics ? Because I heard that astronomy and astrophysics are the same thing. Is this true ?

Correct. Astronomy and astrophysics are typically used synonymously.
