I've gone through so many videos of this library frustratingly waiting for someone to show how you walk inside of it! Thank you

Cool building. I saw it on a list of brutalist buildings and had to see what it looked like inside. Thanks for showing us. I couldn't help but to think about the Broward County Library in Fort Lauderdale. It expresses a few similar architectural features as the Geisel Library, such as each floor being a concrete block with windows in a stepped pattern.

@@Josh-yr7gd I just looked at the Broward county library and it looks cool! I'm kind of disappointed because I was just in Miami 3 weeks ago and could have seen it if I'd known about it. Next time I guess! I can see how the Geisel library reminds you of it. So glad to have another person who appreciates these places. Thanks!

As a former librarian, this was so very much appreciated. Unfortunately, many of Dr. Seuss' books have now been banned, but we know his genius. Thanks for taking us along with you! ❤

You were a librarian?? AKA... ⭐⭐😆THE DELIVERER OF KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION ⭐⭐⭐ You are the best! I visit libraries occasionally on this channel so stay tuned for more and check out my library play list for more. Chime in about anything interesting I may not know or may be interesting! Dr. Seuss was certainly a genius and a great human being. Thanks so much for your support!

@@novelworldtravels Yes, I have been a school, public and college librarian. I'm still an avid reader. Dr. Seuss is still an international treasure!

    Hi Kenny,
How are you, I hope that you and your family are doing well ☀️!
Great video👍🏾, I love the shape of this library building, pretty cool!
I also love reading, it’s always been a great escape for me, as well as a way to gain more knowledge of course. One of my favorite books as a kid was “ Tikki Tikki Tembo”, 😅 I was just so taken by that book! As I got a little older, Judy Blume books just took me on fun and interesting rides! As a young adult, I started getting into reading self help books, they felt like knowledge and power!
    Books are magical!
I love San Diego but I’ve never known of , or been to this library before, so thanks for the outing!
Great drone footage and music as usual 👌🏾!
Also , I love a great story, so when you get the chance, I’d love to hear it !
    Best✌🏾💜!

Hey! I'm going great and my dad is doing great. Im hoping I can get the energy and courage to share a bit of my last few months, but things are great compared to how they started.
Yes, reading is life. How many worlds can we enter in a lifetime of reading? How many ideas and how much knowledge can we derive straight from the minds of humanity's best? Libraries are wonderful. 💙

So great to hear from you 🙂!
How Wonderful it is to hear that your Dad is doing much better 🙏🏾!
I’m so Very Happy for All of you 🤗!
Listen, if I’ve learned anything in the last four years, it’s that “Life be Life-in” 😶....... And Really Hard sometimes 😕
So, whenever, if ever you decide to share your experience, YOUR TIMING is the Best timing 😉.
Stay Well, Happy and “OUTSIDE” 😜 !
PS “ How many worlds can we enter in a lifetime of reading?!”
      💜 That 👌🏾!

Good advice, act like you belong. I used to be scared to travel abroad because I felt so out of place, but you're right, people don't care, they're too busy with their own lives.

Absolutely. The places where people actively do not want you to be, you won't make it far at all. Unless you are some master fraudster either by design or accident. The other places, as long as you aren't a complete dipshit, you will glide through. The fact that no one gives a shit about you is your greatest asset. That is a form of freedom.
