The reason Ki-Adi-Mundi was so called straw that broke the camel's back is because it was an easily proven retcon that couldn't be brushed aside with "well, it wasn't explicitly said" or "it was said in something that is no longer canon". It was fact, it was canon, and they tried rewriting it as if it never existed. And then attacked you for pointing it out. And the kicker is that _it was entirely pointless._ there was no need to break lore to add him. There was no reason beyong member berries. It was the glistening cherry on a steaming crap sundae. I have become fed up with toxic identity politics, bad writing antagonism towards fans, etc. These days, i just stick to Lucas era shows and movies (currently rewatching Lone Wars by Genndy and Filoni❤) and the EU novels i have been buying. The only good stuff post disney has been Andor and the Fallen Order games.

I haven't bothered watching anything Star Wars related since Bad Batch Season 2 ended about 3 years ago, and that was hard to watch. I used to be a huge mega fan who consumed the product like crazy back when Lucas had it. Now, got rid of everything I had and won't watch it. They told us we aren't fans for watching their woke wars, so why should we pay Disney $20 a month for it?
