I'm sorry but making Gaston a girl is unforgivable edit; i thought “unforgivable” was obviously hyperbolic but no one in a high school musicals comment section can read that SO! I’ll say it here, it’s obviously NOT “unforgivable”
Its so funny that back then no women were allowed to do greek plays. It was all men, they even played all the female parts. I dont know what else to say, I heard that comment from all kinds of other people and I couldnt anything else but laugh.

Do I think it’ takes a lil bit away from the show because it’s such an obvious male character, like making the revolutionaries girls in Les Mis, yea, do i think it means the girl did a bad job or the whole show is shit? absolutely not, i’m sorry i offended I just really don’t agree with that creative choice but as with all things art, it’s subjective
@@jeangore7034nono, there are some valid criticisms here. Especially the beast not really utilizing the transition from menacing to caring for Belle and just being a flat character here. His singing is very off key and feels like he's half assing his role.
On the finale part, Belle's voice was good, but Adam's voice, makes me feel that he needs vocal lessons, no offense, but his voice was too low for a prince
