Bedroom Boyz Rehearsal: Febuary 24 2019

The Bedroom Boyz are a four-man collective made up of me and my friend @VelourLawsuits (insta handle) on visuals and my friends DJ Gocho and DJ Philynch on sound. I'm entirely new to live VJing so I've been practicing with DJ Gocho to refine my abilities. This is one of our rehearsals.
I definitely let the energy slip a bit once I got to the "The Music Scene" music video sample. It's such a great video that I kind of lost my place and didn't know how to transition out of it. However, I think the first 20min or so is my best work so far and the last 10 or 20min of this had some great moments. Gocho sent me his set so that you don't have to hear cellphone quality audio. Hopefully we will have better cameras soon but for now, my cellphone footage is all I have. The main thing is seeing how the visuals mix with the audio and we have great audio for you, so, enjoy!
I use a mixture of samples and original work when I VJ, anything ranging from old cartoons to videogames to nature footage to music videos. Whatever works for the vibe! I don't own all of the content in this video and would never claim to. I'm not making money on this video. Same goes for the audio, Gocho is a DJ who mixes various works of others and he is not making money from this video either.
