I don't know why people blindly ignore any kind of red flags in a relationship just because the protagonist is good looking and charming, or they have a electrifying chemistry. I think it is the mutual respect and communication that makes healthy relationship , as in drama Run On. Pretty privilege is real in kdramas.
So true! It annoys me so much that viewers try to justify the actions of the characters in name of love, when in real life, it's toxic and unhealthy. Just because they look good, fans blindly support them.
It happens in real life too. People ignore warning signs because their partner is good looking and they desperately want to live out the fairy tale in their head. The world is full of Jae-ons and Nabis

i think it is also like in the real life. some of us experienced that kind of scenario where we are only attached to that one person and we are ignoring the advice of our friends and even if we know that its complicated, we're still waiting and believing that everything will be perfect in the end. well, ofc at some point, the person will be tired from waiting and their heart will also be tired of hurting and i believe that will be the start of letting go of that person.

@@kweaonk I believe VIP explores how human beings are lured into temptations at their lowest moments in life. He did the same. He was never expressive about the hardships in his life. So when he saw someone facing the same situation, he simply joined in the pity party like we all do. So it was better to leave him alone and move on with life, that Jang Nara's character did.

@biu biu fr like they all know that jojo had a trauma from her past and was depressed since she was a kid, then people go on bullying her for no reason and saying it’s her fault that her parents died, her one and only selfish best friend left her for her boyfriend. then jojo got into a toxic relationship with sunoh thinking that he would help her overcome her past which didn’t work, sunoh just never cared about helping her.
and people still call her the worst character like huh? her character was amazing and emotional and very realistic, a lot of people like her exist and would make the same exact choice as her.

yoon chul and yoon hee's love story hurts the most. I've watch all of these drama but you can't compare it in their love story. They were each others first loves and they love each other despite not seeing each other for 16 years. Yoon chul's betrayal was so painful cause he really loves yoon hee but he had to betray and leave her for his other daughter and sacrifice his love for yoon hee......now yoon hee's dead and yoonchul is broken I just hope they'll have their own happy ending cause out of all the couples in penthouse and here in this edit their love for each other was so beautiful and passionate and strong

this was such an amazing edit!! I would also love to see an edit based around family/close friendships!! I say that because the drama I recently watched, 18 again, I found was really impactful and memorable, and on the whole amazing for an edit! there's this specific scene in which the father is crying while his baby daughter has to get a needle in the hospital, and when I tell you I think about it all the time.... it really hit me for some reason, the emotions were so perfectly portrayed...
