This video focuses on how to limit hydrogen in the weld to avoid Hydrogen cracking That can be achieved by:
Use low hydrogen electrode
Proper maintenance and handling of the electrodes
Preheat, interpass temperature and post weld heat treatment to allow - Hydrogen diffusion out of the weld

Hello nice video..i have one doubt if metallic shell is heated on 100 deg celsius only heating no welding involved than is it possible that hydrogen diffused in metal?

Hydrogen diffusion needs temperature, the higher the temperature the higher the diffusion. Generally, no diffusion is expected at temperature less than 200 C
