This One of the best videos of yours - grt start of 2023 - Power packed, each sentence has deep rooted meaning. Being an Ex-Accenture guy I know what Bullshit the consulting companies provide & what the care for - It’s called Billing - The client is a Story. I totally agree Digital transformation is a Paradigm shift not slow , incremental changes
Thanks for this, Walker. These foundation principles of digital transformation can help organizations to develop a good business strategy that will help them reduce operating expenses and inefficiency. Through these principles, it would be easier to achieve the organization's future goals.
3 words "All Data Matters" This is what many people should hear and understand. Working as a digitalization Specialist makes me repeat these 3 words many times. Organizations still don't understand the concept of Data being the raw material of 21st century!
Great content! The UNS approach will be driven by market demand. If AI systems like GPT4 remain unbiased, smart companies will consult these systems and learn the right approach to digital transformation. They will no longer be influenced by traditional consulting firms which have huge conflicts of interest with unethical vendors.
Great video, very good. Please consider a few white board videos that go deeper for technical audience especially for foundational topics like minimum technical requirements,UNS, IIOT devices etc.
We've been looking at ERP systems for the last 2 years and finally found one. But after watching all these videos I'm not sure we want/need it. 🤣 I finally got around to reaching out about a maturity assessment and I'm super excited to get started on something that feels like it'll actually matter within my organization.
Building infrastructure in an agile manner seems odd. I've observed multinational consultancies developing video analytic models in advanced ways using agile methods. Yet, midway through the project, they realize there's no proper VMS (Video Management System) installed in the company.😂
This is just what manufacturing world needs! You are really changing the world big time!
Thank you!
Thats what I’m saying!
This is the FIRST thing I'm sending my clients!
Great to hear Chris!
Excellent video, thank you! 👏👏👏
You are welcome!

So many organizations don’t realize that they’re becoming data companies. I love that line “Data is the raw material of the 21st century.”

Thank you Jeff. The hope is that those big consulting firms finally shift their thinking and start helping their customers.

Noted, we will keep this in mind for future whiteboard videos.

Brilliant stuff, basically because it's so simple.
Thank you Shawn! Stay tuned for the next video.
👏👏👏🙌🙌🙌 Great content and spot on!!
Thank you 🙌 Glad you think so!
Love the Gartner Events ad at the start of the video 🤣
The irony of some of the ads that TH-cam chooses to put on our videos😂
Great video. Can you share the white paper?
This was in my mind, but my company is doing rhe things what you mention don't do's

Thank you for sharing! That should have been listed as one of the potential reasons for failure in the sprint planning session.
