    Hello Dr Lee, thank you for your wonderful videos. Could you please do a video explaining why on the visual fields the fovea has the highest sensitivity to light but the rods are more sensitive to light than the cones. I imagine this is because of the background illumination but it will be great to hear it from you.

    My question is since EW nucleus gives parasympathetic output, why the pupils are small not large in EW lesion? Please explain
