Dhondup Lhakdar served sometime in TYC and he thinks that he achieved a lot. Many Tibetans don’t know that Samdong Rinpoche (He assumed many important responsibilities including President of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), a strong academic group of more than 250 Vice-Chancellors of Indian Universities, Chancellor of Sanchi University of Buddhist-Indic Studies[) 250 Vice Chancellors of Indian universities select Samdong Rinpoche as their president, I hope Tibetans even understand what it means. Most of the universities Vice Chancellors hold minimum 2 or 3 PhD. Dhondup Lhakdar is just garbage.
