চিকেন দো পেঁয়াজা.... Chicken Do Peyaza
• চিকেন দোপেঁয়াজা ঘরোয়া ...
Ingredients:
1. Mutton : 700 gm
2. Medium size chopped onion : 2 nos
3. Medium size chopped tomato: 2 nos
4. Ginger paste : 1 tbsp
5. Garlic paste : 1 tbsp
6. Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
7. Cumin powder : 2 tsp
8. Red chilli powder : 2 tsp
9. Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
10. Kasuri methi : 2 tsp
11. Cloves : 5 to 6 nos
12. Cardamom : 4 nos
13. Cinnamon: 3 nos
14. Salt : As per taste
15. Curd : 1 tbsp
16. Bay leaf : 2 nos
17. Green chilli : 5 nos
18. Mustard oil : 2 tbsp
19. Water : 1/2 cup
Making the tadka:
20. Small size onion : 6 nos
21. Mustard oil : 1 tbsp
22. Coriander seed : 1 tbsp
23. Pierced green chilli : 2 nos
24. Red chilli : 6 to 7 nos
25. Julienne cut ginger : 1 tbsp
26. Kasuri methi : 2 tsp
Fry them for 2 mins and add in the meat as tadka. Keep in standing time for 7 mins.

করেছিলাম আমি ৭ তারীখ বিবাহবার্ষিকির দিন। অতিথিরা খেয়ে প্রশংসাও করেছেন খুব। দেখতেও খুব সুম্দর হয়েছিল মাটন দোপিয়াজা। তবুও আমার আর আমার ছেলের একটু গন্ধ লেগেছে। কারণ আমরা দুজন একটুও চর্বির গন্ধ ভালোবাসি না। তাই। খুব সুন্দর সেদ্ধ হয়েছিল। এককথায়, ভালো হয়েছিল তোমার পদ্ধতিতে করা মাটন দোপিয়াজা।
