Ok I have a 2 part quirk for deku. First it’s called quirk database. It’s a sight based quirk that lets him analysis any persons quirk and store that information in a way that allows him to cross reference and categories it. It works better in person but if he has a picture of someone using a quirk he can use it but it’s not as detailed. I was also thinking of having his muttering be a side effect of him analyzing more quirks than he can handle at once. We can also incorporate his journals into this as well. It could be considered that he’s not quirkless and is making it up. This could give people the impression that he’s quirkless but smart. So if he does go the hero route he’d be fighting quirkless anyway
