He did. The hood loved X and everywhere he went, we showed him so much love. I met X twice, after a show in Seattle, he took the time chop it up with me and brother. Second time he came to Tacoma in 2018 and was walking around no security just a couple of cats who are good out here. He was going the whole town showing mad love and receiving mad love back. He was at the Malls, Barbershops, on the block, came to the popular but ratchet club and to top it all he was in the after hours spot 4am, no police around at all. It was a crazy frenzy but it felt good to see how much love X got. I hope he knew. Tacoma will forever love X for how he came out here and allowed us to interact with him.

X was one of my forever crushes it was him and pac that I had a huge crush on growing up and I went to X concert years ago in Charleston Carolina it was the ruff ryders and hard knock life tour in 1999 and he was amazing he did a prayer after his performance and the crowd went silent when he did a prayer!

So true. Just before he passed I remember seeing a story about him talking about how he was doing a concert in a state(Maine) next to mine and he was in a shoe store. He paid for the shoes this mother was buying for her son. He had so much good in him. He is sorely missed. His music helps me to this day get through rough days.
