The latest version of the ad20.5 with full ti and 3v is friggin awesome. Instantly became a favorite knife to carry and a huuugggee improvement over the stock version. Pricey, but incredible knife
Dudes please put a proper deep carry clip on the 20.5. Ditch the lanyard hole. Nobody uses lanyard holes. And give a more generous cutout for the finger tip to access the unlock. I Dremelled mine out and it’s awesome. Do a 20.5 with a proper clip, room for a large manly finger on the lock, move the thumb stud a hair closer to the pivot, and slightly thinner blade stock and you might knock my para 3 off it’s throne.
The AD 22 is by far the best Demko design so far I really like how they did that pocket clip if they can somehow manage to bring a production version of the AD 22 with G10 / micarta / Carbon fiber handles & decent blade steel like s30v or even N690 & price them at about $150-$250 ..That would be really good ... ....They have a chance to do something really awesome with that 22 model let's just hope they dont do Grivory / Plastic like they did on the 20.5
@@凌未接 I'd love those steels to but That would most likely drive the price up alot even though companies like Spyderco , We-Knives , Reate all offer knives in those materials for $150-$250 . ... I definitely hate the plastic /grivory handles that demko choose's to use on the 20.5
Maybe if they made them in Taiwan you might see them for $200-250 range. I would like to see an MG version made here in the US but then you would probably be talking $400-500 and I would be fine with that. The AD20.5 with aus10 and FRN is $150 so they aren't going to use a better steel and better handle material for the same price. The titanium 3v 20.5 was I think $325 I paid for the 3 I bought. I have a handful of the 20s and the FRN ones with D2 I think were $350 and $425 for G10 the 204p and m390 ones I have were a bit more wish I got one of the Elmax. Seen a few for sale 2nd hand but they weren't the variation I want and they were $600-700. Don't need one that bad to pay that much especially if it isn't the exact version I want.
@@JesseLJohnson Which one is your favourite? How do you like the 3v titanium? Do you reckon a k110(d2) is a good buy for 115-120 dollars or would you recommend giving 50 bucks extra or so for the 3v version for an insanely tough blade? My only concern for the 3v is corrosion, I might have to wait for the Magnacut edition.
I know have people very close to me that have all of those designs and just picked up a full ti custom 4 max. All of the Demko models were made to be used and beat in to the dirt but just so happen to be very pretty lol
Alot of the Italians knives have done that and a few other too but its rare enough that I believe him when he says he has never seen one done like that. Edit: when he was talking about the deep pocket clip on the ad22
1050$😂 and I thought the 20.5 was very overpriced. China does way bigger timascus knives for way less. Crazy price for a factory made 3 inch folding knife made in taiwan
I do not own a demko. Last knife I bought was an Emerson. I know this is a stupid question because of your comment but would you recommend? And if you had any option what would you choose now after the new releases.
@@floridaman727 I would recommend one of their production 20.5s, definitely. I still can't justify going for one of their custom line ones for $400+ but I'd understand why someone would pick one up. If you have the cash and want to spend it I'm sure they'll be stellar knives but their production line with grivory scales and aus-10a are more than workable, I'd still lean towards those. I got the BladeHQ exclusive with the DLC coated blade and jade grivory scales, but will probably Rit Dye them later. I also added a LynchNW deep carry anodized titanium clip to it and it's pretty much my EDC now.
@@ggmanatee The customs are way more then $400. They were $2k. The MG start at $350 for AD20s with FRN the G10 was $425 I have one of both of those with D2 and the Elmax, m390, and 204p were all exclusives and were a bit more. The AD20 MG started at like $425 I think and its been I think 2 years since any were available. Far superior knives to the AD20.5 with aus10. I have a 5 of the AD20.5 though too but all exclusives with k110 or 3v steel all 3 3v I bought were titanium and think they were $325.
anyone who designs a lock like the tri-ad deserves their own brand name
I love that AD22!! It looks absolutely amazing!!! And imagine the AD10 with the shark lock!! 😍😍😍
Thanks for Lovin' us Lefties Demkos! 🥰

That’s one to hold on too
are these going to be a consistent production model? Or limited runs?
There’s my Pittsburgh Boys! What up bros!
My fav knife of 2022 🦈 lock

My Ad20S guess will be m4 with jade handles
I REALLY want one of those full ti AD10M! They absolutely killed it this year for blade show

I neeeeeed that 22!
How does one go about getting a custom demko ?
Where can we buy the hat John is wearing???
I guess only knife center got the 3v and titanium versions?
mote needs to be on the normal videos a lot more often
Yes
I gotta get that hat!
You can put solid gold on a 2.5 but most do not spend 1050 for a $2-$300 DOLLAR KNIFE - super disappointed in that price point-
Why you guys didn't show us the fixed blade?
deep carry is also harder to lose

Edit: when he was talking about the deep pocket clip on the ad22
cant believe he didnt talk about or show his fixed blade!!
They should call it the ranger series. Because it all looks like power ranger colors.
I wish these guys would come out with a more gentleman’s sized knife. I’d be all about it.
Do you think you'll ever make anything in tip down carry?

Kraak Vmaar
Word up homie, I said the same thing 😒. And as an FYI, it also made my respect level for Andrew Demko go down😐👎⬇.
I was just going to say this, ridiculous, maybe 600 if theyade them in house, f u ck that
Andrew Demko is the GOAT !
He made a more expensive ZT0562 clip.
sog
1k for a production knife yowza
Funny enough, my 20.5 is good enough I can't see a reason to get something new from Demko. Guess that's what happens when you make a decent product.

Kalashnikov……Demko……any questions? ….They work, and all you video gamer’s…..get off your ass, put on some gear and sweat….
I wish this young guy would have let Andrew talk more…
