ladybugg1309 hi it is 2 table spoon of dark soy sauce. The brand he uses is koon chun double black soy sauce. Also just a note, it isnt hoisin sauce, it is 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce

I followed your directions the other night and made a delicious stir fry. I will never cook chicken for stir fry any other way than the egg-white way you demonstrated. The chicken turned out so tender. I didn't have all the ingredients for the sauce you made, but I got pretty close with what I had. Thanks for your wonderful detailed instructions!
I tried your Mongolian Chicken Stir Fry recipe, It came out delicious. This Hunan Chicken Stir Fry is almost similar to Mongolian Stir Fry. The main difference is you are using Oyester sauce here instead of Hoisin Sauce.

its perfect but I usually add a spoon of honey instead of sugar. it gives a nice glaze to the dish and a tangy sweet flavor

hi it is non toasted sesame seed oil. Toasted sesame seed oil will burn easily due to low smoke point
