    If you letting pigs do that, they will continue to do it. Make a list, put dates on it and write up a professional report on him. Don't just tell, put it in writing. Your Mom knows, now half the world knows and we are all behind you on this one with Uncle Steve.

    Retaliation is real. Managers get preferential treatment in most corporations. You only really can get fired by stealing. Inappropriate people always get a chance to do it again or make your job life miserable. Report and look for another job. Easier said than done. I need to do the same right now. But I'm a single mom also taking care of my mom.

    My boss worked so closely to me. Practically, elbow to elbow and controlling my every stroke (I was as an Illustrator). He passed gas next to me, he burped loudly, and made me feel very uncomfortable. His parents owned the company. One day, I didn’t come to work. It was the only way out. I blocked him and his whole family from all Social Media.

    Have to play it tactical though he may have people in or he maybe her boss could be so far up that he has influence. I think she needs to gather as much documentation/evidence as possible. I think she should of called him out on it when it first started to happen just to see if he would change his ways.

      I worked with her and she didn't say a thing until she tried to bate me in a conversation at work (a month or so before she reported), which caught me off guard because I worked with him for a year plus and he NEVER farted near or on me. Apparently, he did fart near her but not on her as witnesses saw, I do not condone those actions and he got reprimanded for that after the investigation. I told her to talk to him about it and she never did until the day she walked out of work...fishy. That water bottle situation, we've all done it to play with other co-workers for shock factor and laughed about it. Trust he has no influence like a few other managers I know, they did an investigation and he got written up. When she said, "...Yesterday I ended up walking out of work" was the same day she reported to corporate about the fart situation and used the text she bated me on, the day before, as evidence, was THE SAME DAY SHE WENT ON THE SHOW to talk about it. I have receipts, aka, text still in my phone to verify the days. I'm shocked someone would stoop that low to gain a position they are not qualified for. I have a child and I did my due diligence to move up in the same company, took me 5 years at age of 26, to gain, with her..No clue, but she pulled some stuff just like this which got her transferred to our store in the first place.

    Stop saying HR. HR is there to help the company and tries to hush it under the table. Tell HR, tell the top boss, and tell them you'll get a lawyer involved if he is not fired for creating a hostile workplace

      that may be true but the point is to get it on the record whether each HR does something or not is kind of irrelevant. it'll help her and her lawsuit or help the person that's behind her.plus she can file for unemployment and she can tell that to the judge and show did she reported it. And then she can get paid while she finds another job.

      They're there to help the company, yes--and if her complaints are legit, then disciplining him or letting him go is what's good for the company. People like that cause turnover and cost the company money. They'd rather be able to handle it internally than have her file a lawsuit against them.

    This woman's boss is acting like this,because he knows ain't nobody gonna report him,or put him on blast. We,as a society have got to stop being afraid to call out bullshitass behavior. That boss ought to be ashamed.twice this lady's age,yet pulls these pre kindergarten ass stunts? On company time,and property,no less.I was in a similar situation with my old job.I have a friend in the tech/security field.he had me wear a wire that went to h.r.corporate,him,and a law firm.also planted many spy cameras to record everything,again,h.r.corporate,him,law firm.they shut that place down for multiple health code violations.

    In my 20 years of working I’ve never seen 1 instance of a subordinate getting the manager fired. She shouldn’t go to hr first because he has friends there. But rather get a lawyer and have them file a formal complaint to hr.

      Maybe she doesn’t feel anyone thought strongly of it like her. I worked at a place where the GM had the worst reputation for being a complete immature prick and acted a certain way with the Hispanic women. All the women he was harassing were Hispanic. Him and the owners were white. They didn’t do a damn thing about it until, wait for it, he harassed the one white girl he ever acted like a pig towards. Depending on her exact location, maybe she’s nervous about it. I’m not saying that’s it, but you never know. We only know as much as this 3 minute clip showed. Another thing, that GM didn’t get fired. Got a harsh talking to and maybe a couple day suspension from what I remember. But he came back, acted right, and no more than 3 months later started acting up again with any new Hispanic girls.

    Steve Harvey kicked off his Daytime talk show (replaced by singer Kelly Clarkson) and Little Big Shots (comedian Melissa Mc Carthy)and replaced by two "white women" Accidental? Someone thinks the African American is making too much money? How can a host of two successful shows suddenly be replaced? huh?

    i've been in fashion industries, theres like and dislike of our suporior is really effect to our carrier, my suggestion take her boss action as his style of joke and do it exactly what he do only to him, and see what his reaction. but dont forget to collect all that rude attitude evidences, so if he report you, you can say "ohh i think this is your style of joke". dont resign, it only give him a wining feeling, just be a pain in the ass coworker, untill you get a better job.

    I've worked over 35 years with both males and females from all walks of life. A lot of people in the workplace are 'functional mental cases'....unfortunately!!

    I am surely going to miss Mr. Harvey's show.
    Steve Harvey is doing so much good with his platform by helping people. It's shameful that another network didn't offer to distribute his show. Of course, I have a strong feeling NBC blocked that from happening. So, we can thank NBC for that. Just like NBC pulled the carpet from underneath Mr. Harvey with their passive aggressive actions. NBC got mad that Mr. Harvry had the audacity to partner with IMG after his contract was up with Edenmol. IMG offered Mr. Harvey more money, independence and business choices provided he move his show to Los Angeles. At that time, there were plans of Family Feud moving back to LA too. Needless to say, this was a great idea for Mr. Harvey. Beforehand, he was flying all over the place to his jobs. Basically, IMG offered him a plan that would benefit him holistically. NBC got mad because with this new business deal, they were not pulling the lion's share of the profits. But, keep in mind, NBC never bothered to initiate a business deal with Mr. Harvey the way they did with Ellen, Seth Meyers, Jimmy Fallon or Jay Leno. They had more than five years to present Mr. Harvey with a contract and they didn't do it. So, when IMG recognize the value and awesome talent of Steve Harvey, they jumped at the chance to partner with him. NBC is mad because they're not reaping the benefits of Mr. Harvey's profits. IMG tried to negotiate with NBC for several years. NBC nixed talks after they saw how well the audience responded to Kelly Clarkson as a Voice coach. That's when they figured they would strike back at IMG and Steve Harvey by announcing publicly - without giving IMG or Mr. Harvey any noticed that they were canceling Steve's show. Now, they couldn't cancel the show, but they could terminate the show's distribution to their markets. I think they said "cancel" to confuse Mr. Harvey's audience because when they made that announcement, Mr. Harvey's was ranked #2 or 3 in ratings and audience start falling off because they thought he was off the air. NBC has long history of slighting African American personalities. They opted to remove Al Roker and Tamron Hall from their show and give it to Megyn Kelly. While they were negotiating Tamron Hall's contract, they offered Megyn Kelly $93M - far more money than they ever offered Tamron Hall. That alone told Tamron Hall what NBC thought of her. Let's not forget what NBC did to Nick Cannon or how they homogenized The Voice. Then, they went and removed Steve Harvey from the shows he co-created with Ellen, Little Big Shots and Little Big Shots: Forever Young. Mr. Harvey used to host these shows over the summer break. Now, they have replaced him with Melissa McCarthy. NBC is so racist and petty. Since Mr. Harvey is a co-creator, he's still going to get paid.

    the last young lady that let that person which was a man get away with doing all of that because she wouldn't quit her job because she had a daughter to take care of the same identical thing that you're going through it didn't come out good at all for her so you really need to report him to get rid of him this is serious
