A lot of rangers are rp veterans, like Ramos say, they are no tazertrack andies. The vibe is really great.
Yea and that's basically what Soze was trying to say as well. Those smaller departments have good, unique vibes because they were able to be much more exclusive and selective about who joins, whereas LSPD and PBSO kept being filled with the leftover people that nobody really wants so their quality has dropped.

Well deserved for all involved. Especially Conan and Barry. The only 2 who really put up any form of fight against everyone else day in and day out. I'm so damn excited to see Conan just flaunt the HC position around like he did when he was first made LT lmfao. Barry being made LT with Tessa is also such a huge step forward. Super excited. I don't know the newbies since I only watch James stream NP these days; but the Rangers seem to be the only department where it's RP > W's at all times and it's awesome.
Gotta appriciate Koil stepping in and just giving the middle finger to the bozos in HC that talked shit about Ramee in the HC discord, and tried to gatekeep HC from anyone else. All this toxicity from Kyle and Kylie and everyone else in HC, that Koil needed to step in to push for the seperation of the Rangers from all the other departments. Crazy how PBSO and LSPD overlooked everything the Rangers did without consulting anyone from SASP, and now that Conan has control of his OWN department, Pred nor Torreti can outrank Conan.

Ramee spoke about this on stream. He didn't appriciate Kyle saying IC that he really wants Conan to be a part of HC, but the says he never wanted it in the discord chat.

I’m so happy for them, they all deserve it but I especially and happy for ramee because he was finally given something without having to sacrifice another thing. Ziggy is one of my favorite characters on nopixel. He's so lighthearted and funny even in a "tense" situation. He diffuses ooc bullshit and calms everyone down.

The only one that can strike Conan is Soze or Andrews. They are head of state police which comprises the Troopers and Rangers. No department will give strikes or suspensions to other department members, exception being if it's an immediate issue like in the middle of a scene, but even then that issue will be communicated with the head of their department, who is ultimately responsible.
They can keep that punishment, remove it, or increase or decrease it as they see fit. If departments have beef with other departments they bring it to Soze and he will rule on it

@@xatiiitx49 i know CG viewers already know this but for the people that don't get it...do you understand how easily randy, ramee, k, flippy, miguel, curtis, mario, novah, vinny, and taco could hop on cop and abuse mechanics to get the W every single time. there would literally be no crime in the city. but they don't. in fact all those guys hop on cop and just rp. not a single one of them goes too hard or shoots too early. not one of them rams head on into crims or spam tazes and cuffs. they understand how much easier the pd has it with guns, cars, and numbers that they downplay just to try and make it fair.
This is a big WIN for the Rangers I feel like they have been seen as the laughing stock off the pd within the pd they finally got what they had needed.

It's like he didn't hear what Soze said. The troopers and rangers are the same department. This discussion of ranks should've been had with them.
No, Soze told Conan along with Ziggy they can operate the rangers as they see fit, change ranks and be independent but if anything needs a more senior approach Soze or Andrews will make a decision. They are apart of the state police but only Soze & Andrews can override those two.

I think based on the three stars on the graphic is would be more equivalent to Assistant Chief or Undersheriff which fits with being one rank below Soze because he and Andrews are both HHC which would make Clarkson and Ziggy the rank below in HC. Clarkson and Ziggy could likely have their own captains if he deems it necessary if they expand their department enough.

He's High Command of Rangers. Each department HC can only administer punishment to their own departments and they can't order around other lower rank people from other departments.

From what I’ve gathered it’s basically Soze and Andrews’ equivalent to Assistant Chief or Undersheriff. Ziggy and Clarkson are one step below HHC. Clarkson and Ziggy are now seemingly equivalent to Rhodes, Malton, and Colombo. Meaning they are one step above captain and one step below HHC.
I don't know what being in a High Command Position does for the Rangers when they don't have the numbers to call themselves a full police department. Pred, Baas and Toretti have done the work to fully staff their departments. With the Rangers its 1 or 2 on Duty or Troopers even less at a time. And the other departments have hiring departments that have done quite well to fill the volume of what is expected. I'm not trying to be an Asshole but the Rangers and Troopers really don't have the miles walked to claim any kind of power. Any sort of delegation is gonna come down to other departments being expected to help them rather than other departments wanting to help them as is the case with BTF, SRU, HVTU and SWAT. The Troopers are supposed to be the driving division and that's basically covered by SRU. The Rangers, I don't really know what they do that is different to the PBSO or LSPD on a very minimally sized level. I guess they target Parks and Animal associated crime.
Honestly, it would be cool to see Rangers claim the Mirror Park area and all of the upper end housing area near the ranger station for general patrol but that won't work without the numbers.
I don't really see what this restructure will do other than force other Departments to pick up their slack.

@@Nk-gn5pg Both departments are essentially ghosts in their current state. Giving them more power won't do anything for their problems of having autonomy, if they become essential daycares for the few park rangers or troopers.
People can call the PBSO or LSPD or SDSO W cops but you need that resistance to make RP exciting.

Rangers should only do wildlife stuff now that they are autonomous unit. They wouldn’t have jurisdiction in most crimes unless the crime originated in there jurisdiction. They theoretically could be told to leave crime scenes as it would not be their jurisdiction. Hunting and fishing license checking time Rangers. 😂
So then by your point about "jurisdiction" pbso should only work on crime in paleto and sdso should only work on crime in sandy. The rangers are also saspr San Andreas STATE park rangers meaning their work isnt limited to any specific area. however paleto bay sherrifs, by your logic should only be limited to paleto and senora desert sherrifs should only be limited to senora desert
@@Cclp2033 they are not state troopers they are park rangers. It means they cover fishing and hunting licenses and police the state parks. PBSO and SDSO would split the county for each of the their respective jurisdictions. The county includes LS within its borders. LSPD would only have jurisdiction within city limits.

Youre basing it off the name of the departments like this is a IRL state/city police where as this is gta online roleplay/content server. It doesnt matter where they patrol, they are as much as their own department as pbso, sdso, lspd and sasp. They are saspr and should be treated with the equality that the other departments are treated as.
So by your logic, PBSO should only patrol paleto and SDSO should only patrol sandy shores
