    Suggest ko po, mas okay kung yung pang sara nyo ng wrapper is harina na hinaluan ng tubig, yunh medyo malapot po nun, para sure na di matatagal, natry ko na po kse yang tubig, pero habang niluluto natatangal yung pag kasara nya. So yun suggest lang haha

      Nilalagyan po ng bread crumbs para dumikit ang sangkap. Optional lang po siya at pwede niyo din hindi lagyan.

    Wala namang masama sa " Hindi pag gamit ng gloves " basta nag hugas at nag sinabon ng maiigi ang kamay. Nakagawian na nating mga pilipino mula't noon na hindi gumamit ng gloves sa pag luluto. Basta panatilihin lang na mag linis ng kamay bago at pag katapos mag luto.

    Use gloves or wooden spoon.
    Suggest lang use a mixture of little cornstarch and flour for super dikit para yong wrapper hindi bubuka when cooked.

      @@gerrolao1651 I call bullshit on your "I am a culinary graduate," unless your school was called McDonald's Training and Development Center. Because you would have known that people that went to culinary school are trusted to wash their hands often, which is more efficient, safer, and makes you more cautious than wearing gloves because those get dirty too, dipshit. The guy in the video is obviously preparing the food for his loved ones so he must be careful enough to be aware of where his hands have been and wash them when he needs to. Plus, he's doing all that before even cooking the lumpia. Irrational ka mag-isip so manahimik ka nalang.

      Usually kapag galing sa freezer tapos lulutuin agad ang kadalasan hilaw dahil may yelo pa po sa loob bago prinito.
      It is best po to defrost properly or kung pagkagawa ay ipriprito na po agad.

    Sa king experience po, better if wala pong eggs kasi mas bibilis pong umasim ang mixture. Di po ako naglalagay ng garlic kasi overpowering ang lasa, better po id white onion kasi mild lang ang flavor. And shanghai don't call for any flour or bread crumbs, kasi pang meatballs po yun. 😊

Ako kasi personally nagtitimpla ng shanghai and tasted almost everyone's version pero accdg to my preference and taste buds, mas naenjoy ko yung recipe na nagawa ko. Sakin lang e, ang bilis umasim ng mixture pag may egg. Note nag gloves, and nilinis na rin giniling and all, pero umaasim siya eventually. Kahit nilagay mo sa ref, ganun pa rin.

      Nag COMMENT ang hindi marunong magluto. Correction, giniling na yung karne at deep fry dapat ang pagluluto noon. Kaya maluluto yung loob, baka pagbukas ng gas tank dimo alam, kaya manahinik ka.

      Even us. Hindi naman namin niluluto yung giniling bago ibalot. Deep fry naman ang lumpia. So far luto naman lagi yung karne. I'm confused sa iba na kelangan pang ifry first yung giniling. 🤔

    Hilaw po ang karne sana iniluto na muna ang karne saka inihalo mga ingredients para siguradong luto ang luob ang gulay nman kase pede halfcook pero ang karne delikado makain ng hilaw
