That ceracote looks awesome, really nice! Little tip: when you tighten the fork tops, leave the top yoke clamp bolts loose. Do the fork tops first, then tighten up the top clamp bolts.
Yeah he does a nice job. It wasn't really needed as my original calipers were in nice condition, but I couldn't resist getting them Painted red to match 😁 Cheers I'll give that a go next time I have to take them out. Appreciate the comment 👍
Hello and thanks for your work. I suppose you bought the book/manual online, yes? Would you be so kind as to put the purchase link? Because what I see out there... Leaves a lot to be desired. Thanks in advance
It's all from SF Parts online. You can get most bits. Some of the parts I had recoated. As long as they aren't totally knackered you can resuse them. It's only really the pistons you need clean.
It's exactly the same as the liquid version of loctite in the bottle. Just a little easier to apply I suppose. It's all the shop had when I bought it 🤣

@@SuggyRacing Haynes manual, Thanks! ✌
Hi Suggy, I need to rebuild the front master cylinder. Do you know guys that run it without the front spring inside the dustcap?
@@1pokiwoki I think you could run the master cylinder without it, but most just put the new one that comes with the kit back in
good night, how are you?
what kind of paint did you use on the brake calipers and cylinders.
thanks
Hi it's been carakoted, it's a ceramic coating that is really thin but hard wearing. Looks really nice compared to paint and powder coat 👍
Good afternoon, how are you? where did you buy (which website) the front brake cylinder repair. thanks!!!
Hi, they are from www.sfpartsltd.co.uk/brakes-c-372/ on the cb500 section. He sells brake caliper seal kits 👍
Thanksss
Where did you get the new parts for the brake calliper? I need everything 😂

Hi mate do you still have the old body panels for sale for this bike thanks
Hi, no I sold everything I had for the bike a while ago.
When’s the next video out? 😅
Soon mate. Just editing it alongside getting ready for my first race at Brands Hatch this weekend 😁
@@SuggyRacing good luck matey!
Cheers. My goal is just to finish all four races 🙂
What is the name/brand of the threadlocker you use?
It's a loctite 248 thread lock stick. It's a medium strength as you wanna be able to get it out again if needed.
@@SuggyRacing thank you
