    Is the Bosch manual shown at the beginning also available?

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi and thank you for your comment. The manual is a Bosch training book exclusively for dealers, unfortunately we cannot make it available to customers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us directly. Otherwise, I can also recommend the manuals on the Bosch website: www.bosch-ebike.com/en/help-center/manuals

    How would one add the Bosch ABS (non-Pro) to the Performance Line CX with a GPS module? Series-connections, or would this be done with the "Bosch battery multi-connector cable for component connector" (EB1212004G and EB1120009Z)?

    HI. I have a question about rear light. If u retrofit a rear light, for bosch gen4 cx smart system, does it change illumination when braking?

    Great video I wanted to ask if your bike has a rim magnet sensor can you change this to a spoke speed sensor by adding the sensor to the bike?

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi and thanks for your comment! Generally speaking, this is possible, you can install the spoke magnet and connect the Speed Sensor Slim to the Low Power Port mentioned in the video. The only difficulty might be the bike's system settings. So far there has been no information that it has not worked, but it may be that the manufacturer has to switch the bike settings from rim magnet to spoke magnet. This would then be done via the Bosch diagnostics tool at the dealer.
      You can therefore try installing the spoke magnet first, if there are any difficulties you should contact your dealer.
      Here is a link to the speed sensor and spoke magnet:

    Could you make a video about how ABS in combination with Rohloff E14 is connected to a Cargo Smart System motor? I'm wondering if there's any free ports for other accessories.
    They must be usingr the T-Cable or the multi-connector cable from the factory I guess. At least with multi-connector there should be extra HPP ports.

      Hi, Thank you for your comment. Indeed, there is a T-Cable and a multi-connector cable from Bosch. You'll also need the Component Connector to use one of these cables. We have just added them in our shop:

      www.ebike24.com/bosch-battery-t-cable-component-connector
      www.ebike24.com/bosch-battery-multi-connector-cable
      We have a video regarding the connector on our German TH-cam channel too. I will make sure that we publish this soon on this channel as well:th-cam.com/video/IqnqdL9bELg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=vfKleVwo0hqVow9q
      Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

    Hello
    please, if I have a wired speed sensor and brake rotor magnet and I want to use a rim magnet, is some adjustment necessary via Bosch diagnostics?

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello, and thank you for your comment. This is theoretically possible but requires certain conditions to be met. The bike must be compatible with a rim magnet, this information can be obtained from the manufacturer. If the magnet is replaced, the bike must be taken to a certified Bosch service centre. At the service centre, a configuration change request can be submitted via the Bosch diagnostic system. The manufacturer must review and approve this request. Once approved, the new configuration will need to be installed on the bike. Here, I recommend contacting the manufacturer directly first.
      Cheers - Michael

      @@ebike24 Thanks for your reply. So it's a complicated process, it will be easier to get a brake rotor with magnet 😃

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, indeed a complicated process. But you don't have to replace the whole brake rotor, the magnet is also available as a single replacement part: www.ebike24.com/bosch-magnet-6-loch-bdu3xx-bdu4xx

    Great videos, are the connector type in this example BES2 or BES3? Are HPP and LPP physically use the same connector with only difference in color coding? Thanks!

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hi, thanks for your kind words! The Bosch Smart System is BES3. The HPP differs from the LPP not only in its colour coding but also in its design, which means that you cannot connect a cable that is intended for the LPP (e.g. speed sensor) to the HPP. I hope this helps you, otherwise you are welcome to contact our customer service at info@ebike24.com.

    Hello, is the HPP connector (yellow, orange) freely active. Or is it blocked like the connectors on the lights? Thank you

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hello and thank you for your comment. That varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Usually, the HPP is already activated for use. It is best to connect a device and test whether the port is supplying power. Hope this helps!

    What is maximum power to lights outputs (blue,red)?

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi with the Bosch Smart System the light output is always 12 volts. So take this into account when buying the lights and buy special headlights and tail lights that are designed for direct current and 12 volts. Hope this helps.
      Cheers - Michael

    • @RS-ro8io
      @RS-ro8io 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I asked to power (Wats) not Voltage. I found that light output has 1.5A current which give 18W (12V x 1.5A). But I am not sure if it is separetly for front and rear light (18W+18W)?

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sorry for the misunderstanding! Just looked it up again, it is actually 17.4W for the front light, 0.6W for the rear light. Can also be found in here in Bosch's manual on page 10: shorturl.at/DL8mg

    are you sure the speed sensor is 12v and not 3v?

    • @ebike24
      @ebike24  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, thanks for your comment. Yes, 12 volts with 1 ampere max. is correct for the speed sensor / low power port.
