How wonderful to see you all. I loved this video. Adam, I just love how joyful and full of life you are. George, Tallie, and James, it's so lovely to see you, and ti see how you're all growing! Josh, ignore those comments about your work, you're honestly the hardest working, most dedicated caregiver to the beautiful CEDA children and loving father I know. I don't know how you do it all! Emily, it must be so difficult to make the best and right decisions for all involved. My heart goes out to you. Sending the whole family so much love.
Hearing Adam with his siblings really shows how British he sounds now! It's crazy how kids can pick up accents so quickly! Much love to my favorite family on TH-cam.
We told him to. This wasn't supposed to me a 'Mum and Dad answering questions', but the whole family speaking and giving their input. He did as he was asked, I talked non-stop, you can see him listening attentively and always trying to gauge when to input. Sometimes it resulted in us speaking over each other, but I also spoke over him too. He did extremely well and we were very proud ❤️
I know I'm late..but give the child a compliment and move on . Hes in that development stage where he's learning and yet adults still have the tendency to interject inappropriately and give unsolicited advice along with backhanded compliments. This was not something that seriously stood out that you should have commented on. 😏
George is such an old soul. So mature it’s hard to believe he is just 9 years old. What a little legend he is. They are all so lovely. It’s funny how noisy Tallie goes quiet when the camera is on 😂 Of course Adam is a Pro with these videos. The faces he pulls are priceless.
I was roaring watching Adam!! He’s hilarious!!! You’re a beautiful family!! Your doing your best & it’s all going to work out because “love” is so powerful ❤
Emily,I love everything about Adam,so adorable. There is nothing wrong with his responses and behavior. You and your family have done a great job.I could listen to him always. Every kid is however unique.God bless and protect you always
Thanks Maggie - we honestly cannot understand some peoples' comments. We have even sat and re-watched the video ourselves. Adam behaved so well, sitting for over half an hour in total and listening to all we had to say and giving his input. We were very proud of him - he did a great job ❤

Please concentrate only on the positive because I believe you and Josh put in so much time to see that whatever you put out is of high quality. God abundantly bless, reward you and accelerate even the growth of your channel ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I honestly look forward to these videos so much! So great to see you all together. I can’t believe I missed the post where you were asking us to ask questions for the videos
I feel some questions needed only Mum and Dad to answer not in the presence of the kids coz Adam had answers for every single question 😊 some questions were not fully answered i guess for that same reason
We already put aside some questions we want to answer without the kids, they are in the next one. This one, we said all we needed to and wanted the kids input too ☺
Emile and Josh, all the children are adorable, but Adam is a sweetheart. His vocabulary is amazing, very mature young man. May God bless your beautiful family. ❤

Emilie and Josh..... You two are an incredible couple ❤ Beautiful in your hearts 💕 .... Love to you both and your lovely family of adorable children ❤️ ✨️🙌🕊🙏🏻😘😘
I always thought George Tallie and James were really unusually shy, but to be honest after watching this video i am not surprised they come across that way. Adam did not seem to let one person answer one question in this video without him interrupting, even midway through somebody elses sentence about themselves. As someone who works in childcare it is one of my biggest pet peeves when a child with a big personality takes all the spotlight from the quieter or calmer children. I have had children in my setting before who have been identified as non verbal and would only say a handful of basic common words. When the loud and hyperactive children were eventually moved to another room due to their age, within a week those non verbal children had started tlaking and having conversations and joining in with singing etc. Regardless of age children should know how to take turns, and that includes, probably most importantly, when talking. There are lots of games like the teddy talker, where the teddy gets passed to someone and you can only talk when the teddy is with you, if somebody else has it then its their turn. To be quite honest as much as i have watched your videos for years, and love your family, this video was verging on unbearable for me because as a q&a i have had to stop it before the end and dont remember even half of the questions you asked and answered because of how much Adam was interrupting and changing the topic every time. I of course have nothing against Adam obviously and its not his fault, but it shows bad manners and shows a lack of correction when he is being rude by talking over people. He should be corrected so that he learns to let people talk and express themselves openly without him stepping in
As someone who works in child-care, it's interesting to see how wrong you are about this. A lack of manners shown from you, an adult, too - really any need to tell us the video was 'unbearable'? Quite frankly, if we count up how many times Adam got involved, it's minimal compared to how much we were saying. It's a family Q&A. We wanted all the children to join in and talk as much as us. We would have been even happier if Adam had said more. We, obviously, also know Adam better than anyone, and know here he was trying SO hard to please us by following our exact instructions. We gave them all the instructions 'talk lots, don't wait for us to ask you, get involved, when we're talking you join in'. He did EXACTLY what he was told. He listened attentively to everything we said so that he was able to join in. We wanted us to bounce off each other, we were not going to pause - and at times, you may notice - I spoke over him too... Adam jumped in when he could but you can even see him waiting to see when to on very many occasions- if you watch back carefully. He tries to get involved, but often begins to input but stops when he realises Mum/Dad haven't finished. We wanted the others to do exactly like him and we hope to teach them to - so, blame the parents if you will, because we want them to be able to join in JUST like Adam. The others are not shy - Tallie is in fact a lot louder than Adam and has a lot more to say. She is confident to go up to strangers and start full blown conversations. People are shocked by how much she speaks and how much character she has. She was not quiet in this video because of him. George didn't participate much due to both his quiet nature and his stutter - he struggles to join in, if you give time to him and all are waiting on him to speak- it gets worse. James had no idea what was going on and paid no attention to anything anyone was saying. If Adam hadn't spoken, no-one would have. He was trying hard to appease us and actually, he's 'acting' for the camera, hence the big smile throughout. We also, obviously, correct our children regularly - but not on camera. So, you are very wrong about each child - which is rather concerning considering your "area of expertise". If you go back to around the 10 minute mark (or most parts, in fact), you'll see - we ask the other children questions directly and even then struggled to get any answers from them, despite Adam sitting quietly and waiting to hear what they had to say. We were very proud of Adam - he did fantastic and did exactly as we asked - and he is the one who got a treat from Josh afterwards for such a good job on camera ❤️
@@TheLarters your response to me comes across as offended, which is understandable as its regarding your children, but as i said, i am a long time fan of you and your family, and although i stand by what i said, i did not in any way mean offence by my comment. I have a big dislike for people talking over eachother and i have been raised to believe it is rude, that's the only reason i said i find it rude. I did not say Adam was unbearable, i would never ever say that about a child, i just felt the video was getting unbearable at times because i couldn't handle the multiple voices at once when i felt the answers were important for people to hear as people have obviously asked the questions because they want to know. I do not know your children of course, and i did not say that the 3 other children were shy, i said i had always felt they came across shy (or something to that affect) but that in the case of this video specifically i could see why they were being shy because Adam did in fact take up most of the spotlight, which isnt a bad thing but the talking over eachother i personally felt was. I did not mean to sound as harsh as i feel maybe you took the comment, it may have come across in the comment, obviously being behind a screen, as harsh or rude, but i was just stating my opinion that for people trying to hear the answers to your questions it was coming across to me as overwhelming that it felt like almost every answer was interrupted. I of course understand kids will be kids and they can talk alot, and this isnt a criticism directly of Adam as a child of course, i just meant in this video, without the context you mentioned that you told the children not to wait to join in, it obviously came across differently when as a viewer we just see an adult ask a question to a specific child and another child take over, or an adult talking and a child interrupting, which to many people is rude, if they arent told that the child was instructed or given prior permission to do so. That is obviously different but there was no mention of that in the video, just a normal q&a with no mention of jow the children were feeling or what they were told to do or how they were told to do it. I do genuinely love your family and have felt on many occasions without even prompting from watching a video of yours, that if i had the money to do so, one of the first things i would do is support your familys goals, because i believe all of you are genuine and all the kids deserve what you are aiming for, and i do, i really really do and would not be put off watching more of your videos, i have been subscribed (or at least watching) for as long as i can remember. I love you and your family and in all other videos i have loved seeing Adams personality shine through because he really is such a bubbly character, it was jsut that this specific video to me was hard to sit through because there was too many voices at once and i like to be able to listen carefully snd take all the information in, which i felt i couldnt do properly in this video. It is not saying Adam is a rude or disrespectful child, not at all, hes just a kid being a kid, i know that, its just that as an example, if you have been told all your life its rude to spit your food out infront of people, and i made a video of my family eating and my kids were spitting their food out, you would probably find it hard to watch and not think it was good manners for my children to be doing that. If i then told you i had given my children new food to try and told them if they didnt like it jsut to spit it out and that in normsl circumstances i would correct them for spitting out their dinner but this time wanted it to be a group video of us trying something new with their input, you would say ahh okay that makes sense, but still, it was hard to watch. Thats all this is. I am not trying to dig at your family, i love watching you all, i just had strong feelings about this one due to the talking over and interrupting, not the amount of talking or the things which were being tlsked about etc, i jsut didnt like the way he spoke over you all so much but without context that he was told to do this, to an outsider it of course looked like he was just not giving people chance to talk and that he wasnt being corrected. Nobody knew he was told to do that and if we were it would of been a different response, of me saying he did really well to follow your instructions to talk as much as he could to fill the gaps and not leave anybody unde pressure to talk solo, but we didnt know that and your other q&a videos havent been like that or at least not to that extent and i have found it good before when you have done q&a with you and Adam and youve elt him talk but told him to let you finish or reminded him that you were talking and he has waited patiently. He shows good manners in many occasions, so on this occasion it felt like without context he wss just not being corrected how he usually was in videos if he did that same behaviour. I am sorry if you felt i was attacking you or your family or children, i was not, truly, i didnt mean it in a harsh way and i hope you can re read it with the view of me being confused why he was allowed to talk over you all when in previous videos he wss asked to wiat for you to finish speaking,. I hope you can read back ove rmy comment and hopefully interpret it differently and without malice when i have now (or at leadt i hope i have) explained myself and apologised for the way i came across
all children are different! and absolutely nothing wrong with this video. i hope george isn’t struggling too much with his stutter, i had a really bad stutter as a kid and one thing that helped was if i read something out loud with headphones in and played music, and talked to the beat of it. it took away the pressure of listening to your own stutter and gave me something else to think about
@jodia2125 Mr or miss whatever ure you!!! Ehh come here see urself perfect creature who know about other children behaviour than the parents!! Can shake that head of urs because ur using porridge than a brain... Enemy of progress...... Bring ur children also we see what u have done to them displine master perfect angel... We have seen those children growing.... So try to write nonsense things here... U said u work with children but the way I see ur the person who make children to lose there confidence... Leave Adam alone.....
I dont normally comment on videos but I have been watching you guys for a while and honestly Emily you look so happy. You all lool happy and content. I really hope everything works out for you all. Sending lots a love ❤💙💙💙❤️💙 xx
the date idea is fab, my parents did this with us and it was always great, and you could even ask them some questions on their own about how they feel about moving and things like that
Hi Emilie and family❤ Nice to meet you all. Q. Is the adoption and relocation to the UK still top of your and more so Josh's agenda? I remember that was one reason as to why you travelled to Uganda to support him at home as he moves.
Just catching up on your videos and glad to see a Q & A! For the next video - I've been curious about what other language Josh and the children speak? Is school taught in this language, English, or both? How does that usually work for Ugandan children and for your kids in particular?
So lovely! Emilie I just love your big heart! Thank you for answering my question about the dogs going to UK. How are all the animals since going to vet? What else do you need for them? I love thé children too it’s just my Gods purpose is to help animals and be a voice for them❤ Thank you-Kim from Texas
Hi Kim! Just been trying to find one of your comments to message you. We are going to update the ceda.pups page with everything that has been going on over the past few weeks. Are you following on there? I wanted to be totally transparent with you - I know you had donated towards de-flea and spaying Rosie, but more urgent costs meant we used the money on vet treatment instead. We have had two very sick dogs, one with TVT. All will be detailed over on Instagram shortly and we do plan do videos on here all about it very soon. Just wanted to let you know and also - thank you again for all your support so far. It has been so so helpful, truly ❤
Hello Emilie 😊so lovely to hear from you. I just went to the CEDA Pups page and will go to Instagram shorty I have not been to the Instagram site before and am looking forward to it. I trust you completely to use the donations how ever is best for the dogs. Hugs to you, Josh, the beautiful kids and the fur babies More to come😊
It will be very different, culturally, when Josh and the kids move to England. Nowadays there's a lot more immigrant families, compared to when my parents had and raised us in the UK (asian british). I grew up in a predominantly white area but i rarely noticed i was different until my teens years. I would suggest to have Ugandan as well as friends from other cultures in their lives who they could relate to more. London is more diverse.
It would complicate things.. As a matter of fact, his visa may be denied with a reason that he is irresponsible and that the family unit is not subsisting. They have to apply together.
@@TheLartersthats nice of him. I think people are just biased about Adam and it hurts you so much because they seem to mean you love him more than the others. Sorry dear but dont mind people, they will always talk and give their opinion. So long as your heart is good. Only God can judge you. Am personally happy about you taking on those kids. They need family live and thats exactly what you are giving them. Please dont mind thise discouraging you. Stick to God, he will provide for you all because those are His creatures. He will look after them and definately bless whoever helps to take care of them for Him. May God Bless your Family bambi.
Mouth O mighty 😂he wasn’t taught. Gonna tell all his parents secrets because he just blabbed everything 😅then Emily will get it one day when he reveals too much to someone 😮
Actually. You are so very wrong. The instructions given to the children were: we are going to be answering questions. Please get involved, don’t wait for us to ask you questions. Talk lots - anything you want. He did exactly as asked. Josh even gave him a treat after for being so cooperative. We tried to involve the others many times, but they didn’t want to. The others are camera shy, nothing to do with not being able to speak. Tallie, off camera, talks 1000x more than Adam.
I think the children will be healthier in the UK. Less chance of maleria and i don't for see any worm issues. I have never heard a person mentioning de-worming another person before. To get them ready for possibly moving to the UK i would work on there english including josh. It will make things alot easier.
The children are actually now a lot stronger in English than Lusoga - even though Josh usually speaks to them in their language and they've heard it more than English, only George is fluent in speaking it!
I enjoy watching your videos and seeing beautiful smiles on your face ,the kids are lovely amazing thanks for taking care of them prayers for you guys ❤
Can you find a lawyer to help expedite the process of adopting the children. Find a lawyer who is from the UK and has an office in Uganda. Look into it , or ask for help from law offices. God bless you all
another question, i’ve noticed a few times recently dan called you mummy, does he think that you are his mummy, or that he’s coming to england with you?
He did. Many times in the video, I ask questions to the children individually and he sits and listens, waiting for their answer. They did not want to talk. If someone didn't let anyone talk, it was me - mum. I was talking the most. Adam hardly said anything in comparison.
Amazing family, Adam is a plus plus to the family, it’s very true there are lots of snacks in England 😂plus bread never gets finished. In Uganda a loaf of bread is finished during one breakfast .😂❤
Love your family and I'm sure as time goes on you will sort what is best for everyone. So so interesting about the dreads, they are considered bad there, why? Here in America everyone has such different hair lots of people love dreads.
It's quite a big problem here! Men with dreads especially are unfairly targeted by the police. There's a little bit of information if you google, but Josh is better placed to talk about it more than me. It's been an ongoing issue for us, but Josh doesn't feel he should have to change his hair to be treated equally!
Trust me whatever you experience with your hair is nothing, I'm actually surprised that's even a thing as a lot of Africans have loc's ....back to my main point it's nothing compared to what you'll ever experience here because you can always change your hair but you can never change your skin colour.
It's actually been a HUGE problem for Josh, he may speak a bit more about it in a future video. He doesn't feel he should have to change his hair to be treated fairly/equally - but he is unfairly targeted very often. It's for him to share more about though and this is me (Emilie!) commenting, so I will leave this to him! But as we said in video, we know it's not the same - but still is discrimination he does experience here on a huge scale.
@@TheLarters well again as an African used to seeing that hairstyle I will take it that it's a problem in his village/ town but definitely not widespread enough to be an issue in Africa. Of course he deserves to have his hair however he chooses to without people judging but it's ignorance not racism on any scale of the imagination. Africans can never be "racist" against other Africans but ignorant... very much so.
It's definitely an issue across Uganda as a whole, but I can't say for other African countries. There's a bit of info about it on Google - and how people with dreadlocks are unfairly targeted by authorities. Not racism, but discrimination - yes! @@omadjourney
@@TheLarters please let me firstly apologise if I came across as not respecting your husband's experience because it matters and I should understand that and secondly explain that it comes from disbelief how they can treat a man differently because of the choice of his hair and i have to understand that just because we are all African doesn't mean that we see things the same. It does anger me that some people are that small minded but in the same breath I have to understand that some Africans don't know anything beyond what they are living amongst. Please accept my apology if I came across disrespectful through my confusion at the ignorance.
I love your channel so much good family. 1, Wish to have question time for the two of you Emily and Josh next and soon. 2, I have been following on other followers suggestions and wishes of having your biological child or children if you can try please and I believe you can. I love that.
I love you all and want to see you all happily together hopefully the uk if that’s what you want. One observation I had was would it be any easier for you to get the visas needed etc if you were married to each other? Xx
The new family visa fees are ridiculous! I'm in the UK, my wife and 2 kids are in Uganda. Fortunately my kids have British passports, but I have an uphill climb to get a visa for my wife who is a Ugandan passport holder. Too many requirements and fees! 😪
It's crazy - and honestly, not fair. It's not a fair rule to apply to family visas at all. So many people are in terrible situations now because of it!
I want to see this channel strive towards gold!!and hope it'll give your family tremendous support..cause you deserve it❤
Oh it would truly be life-changing! We'll keep on pushing, thank you so much for being here ❤
i agree, that way money doesn’t have to be the reason it’s harder to bring your family to England
Agree!!!!❤
Absolutely agree 💯.
Consistency can achieve it
Ooh Adam sending you hugs 🫂

I know Adam’s situation was different but what made you take on the other 3 children permanently when you are struggling with money?
Adam is so articulate and very mature bless him ❤

Cold 🥶 weather in the UK 🇬🇧 blood and sweat
Good to see you guys together again and well done Adam,l like the way he was talking about snacks at his Nan and granddad’s house.😂😂😂❤❤❤it,
The smiles on your faces are magical. ❤❤ Does Adam speak the language there? Also how are they getting on at school? Keep well. 😊
the date idea is fab, my parents did this with us and it was always great, and you could even ask them some questions on their own about how they feel about moving and things like that
Hi Emilie and family❤ Nice to meet you all.
I absolutely adore Adam. I could listen to him all day. From uk
It's a lovely blog nice to see you all algether and a lovely family bigs hugs and love the songs 🎵 onyour blogs 😊
Lovely family the kids look good and healthy with Emily around
We pray it all works out well for you as a family.
Can't believe how big James is getting! I swear Adam was about that size when I started following you guys haha
I love watching all of you, I'm praying you can all come to UK.

Ahhh George and James are like little twins 🥰 x x

So lovely! Emilie I just love your big heart!
Thank you for answering my question about the dogs going to UK. How are all the animals since going to vet? What else do you need for them?
I love thé children too it’s just my Gods purpose is to help animals and be a voice for them❤
Thank you-Kim from Texas
I just went to the CEDA Pups page and will go to Instagram shorty
I have not been to the Instagram site before and am looking forward to it.
I trust you completely to use the donations how ever is best for the dogs.
Hugs to you, Josh, the beautiful kids and the fur babies
More to come😊
Adam could have his own channel- such the personality
Amazing video, watched to the end, heathy children.
Adam made it more interesting for my
You answered my question very well!
Thanks for asking!! 🥰🥰🥰
Everyone looks so happy and healthy now. 😊
Love you guys I so badly want you all to make it to the UK ❤
It will be very different, culturally, when Josh and the kids move to England. Nowadays there's a lot more immigrant families, compared to when my parents had and raised us in the UK (asian british). I grew up in a predominantly white area but i rarely noticed i was different until my teens years. I would suggest to have Ugandan as well as friends from other cultures in their lives who they could relate to more. London is more diverse.
The little girl is so beautiful! ❤
George is soooooo cute... and of course all the other kids
Have you considered bringing Joash to the UK first to then work together for the children to join you later? It might be easier
Poor kids can't be left alone!
It would complicate things.. As a matter of fact, his visa may be denied with a reason that he is irresponsible and that the family unit is not subsisting. They have to apply together.
I love your amazing family. You really inspire me. Thank you!! Love from Spain❤💙💓💚
Also would like to see what you eat in a day. I recently turned plant based and struggle at times to come up with ideas.
For Adam what does he miss about England
Prob Uncle Adam, Granny and Grandad.
Such a lovely family. Blessings.
Loved the snacks part Adam you are a legend
He misses nanny and grandad
Such a beautiful family ❤ Thank u so much for the lovely video ❤ u and Josh r amazing! Adam - loved all ur input ❤ U r a natural ❤
He did a fab job! Thank you ❤
Adam seems to be the oldest in the family and probably the advocate 😂every family has one of them😂
He also fiercely defends any of his siblings - he will not allow anyone to do wrong to them. He's the best big brother ❤
Adam has a lot of stories to tell us since he experienced both worlds..
Might be nice to have a q&a with just Tallie, George and James. Adam is a lovely boy but really doesnt let the other three get a word in edgeways 😅
Lets subscribe as a way of supporting the family
❤ that part they should get married ,mum is very beautiful dad is very handsome .
❤️❤️❤️
I think the children will be healthier in the UK. Less chance of maleria and i don't for see any worm issues. I have never heard a person mentioning de-worming another person before. To get them ready for possibly moving to the UK i would work on there english including josh. It will make things alot easier.
Worms are a thing and common everywhere in young kids. However assume they may be worse in Uganda.
Could the kids do a q&a with Josh in Luganda with subtitles? They might feel more comfortable x
The children are actually now a lot stronger in English than Lusoga - even though Josh usually speaks to them in their language and they've heard it more than English, only George is fluent in speaking it!
They definitely look healthier now😊
I enjoy watching your videos and seeing beautiful smiles on your face ,the kids are lovely amazing thanks for taking care of them prayers for you guys ❤
😢Dear Dan ❤🩹
Little rude, nothing wrong with calling her mummy some children have more than 1 mummy
Do the kids speak Lusoga? What language do they and Josh speak amongst themselves when you are not there? Maybe you can answer it in part 2 :)
Wishing you well and that all works out for your family ❤
I Hope God Blesses You Financially To Stay Together Forever..In Uganda or England..Aslong As You Are All Happy And Healthy Together..❤❤
I wish your family so much luck and happiness for the future !!! I want you guys to do so well I like comment and share every video ❤❤❤❤
We massively appreciate it too - it truly helps so much!
Adam is a beautiful boy and great to see his confidence but he needs to let others talk
He did. Many times in the video, I ask questions to the children individually and he sits and listens, waiting for their answer. They did not want to talk. If someone didn't let anyone talk, it was me - mum. I was talking the most. Adam hardly said anything in comparison.
@@TheLarters Good mama protect your cub
How is Dan getting on at his new school, with all his health issues?
Amazing family, Adam is a plus plus to the family, it’s very true there are lots of snacks in England 😂plus bread never gets finished. In Uganda a loaf of bread is finished during one breakfast .😂❤
Yes! Cannot believe how much bread we get through here 😂
Love your family and I'm sure as time goes on you will sort what is best for everyone.
God bless you all you guys are a wonderful family 💕😊❤🎉
That’s right Adam defend your mommy!❤😊
Love you all 💗
Are the rest of the family able to come to the uk for a holiday? Or go somewhere for a nice family holiday? ❤
How did Adam catch up with Ugandan school studies coz its different from uk or its the same
you guys are why we like to YT
What visa do you have to stay in the country? Is it hard to get one if you need/want to stay longer in Uganda?
I love your channel so much good family.
1, Wish to have question time for the two of you Emily and Josh next and soon.
2, I have been following on other followers suggestions and wishes of having your biological child or children if you can try please and I believe you can. I love that.
Adam is so active 😍 ❤
Could we have a video all about the lovely dogs too please 😊
I love you all and want to see you all happily together hopefully the uk if that’s what you want.
One observation I had was would it be any easier for you to get the visas needed etc if you were married to each other? Xx
I heard you very clearly Adam 😂😂😂❤❤❤
Well done adam ❤
She is so pretty!
Oh Adam finding it so hard to share mum. I think he miss England
Emile and Josh I tell you you can even have one child I am praying for that day one love jamaica portmore
