Clint, is there any downside to doing stairs? I work in a power plant and recently started taking the stairs. I’m doing anywhere from 400 to 800 stairs a shift.
Stairs are actually great assuming that you don’t have an underlying condition. A few come to mind and that would be ACL/MCL tear, meniscus tear and an issue with the patella tendon. Assuming you don’t have pain you should be fine and it’s actually a great way to burn calories throughout your day.
Hi Clint. Wondering where in Wisconsin you are a personal trainer. We’re in Manitowoc county. Husband is trying to deal with residual pain/injury in his knees/quads from elk hunting/hiking at altitude with our 24 year old son in Wyoming.
I'm glad that you had a video like this. All those tips are good, but the one that stands out the most is the accountability tip. I know it's the "new year, new me" thoughts, but I seriously need to get more motivated and more active. Watching this video is keeping me accountable. Thanks!
Great video. Enjoy watching them. Keep it up.

Hi Shari, can you email me at clintward419@gmail.com? Thanks
Great tips. Slow time under tension reps and not just slinging the weights for growth is huge.
You are spot on Kyle. Good luck with your training and hunting this year. 👊💪🏻🦌🎣
