@@angrysocialjusticewarrior No. It is not easy. Even the admission of guilt in cases where one insults another is very difficult to expunge. A record of stealing a sweet while one was around 12 years is difficult to erase. I mean for petty things like those you are required to wait for 10 years for an expungement. Serious crime requires one to make a turn around by starting a business or just work for another person in an informal setting.
The government should consider some of these guys like him to provide couselling in prisons especially to the juveniles who thinks being incarcerated is the 'it' thing.

I'd form a special interrogation squad specifically for prisons ... I promise you, no one would instruct another to stab someone if they themselves will end up also lying in hospital or losing an eye. Kunganyiwa straight.
