Steps to fix your device.
1. Heat up the screen adhesive and use a thin pry tool and rubbing alcohol to remove the screen.
2. Remove a couple of screws and disconnect the screen ribbon cable.
3. Disconnect and remove a couple of ribbon cables.
4. Remove the board and battery assembly.
5. Remove four screws and a ribbon cable and some adhesive to pull the battery.
6. Install the new battery and connect the ribbons.
7. Install a few screws and ribbons then install the board and battery assembly.
8. Connect the screen ribbon and install the bracket and two screws that hold it in place.
9. Apply glue around the edge of the housing
10. Press the screen into place.
11. Wrap it in a rubber band or put it in a clamp for 24 hours to let the glue cure.
12. Get back to working out 🎵

Same process with the sense 1? I have ome that eont charge tested charger so not that, got a spare i got from ebay with good battery which is bricked because they said it was a stolen one, so maybe i could salvage it to make a working one

Oddly enough, on my fitbit sense 2 I had to remove the bottom, not the screen.
