The rental terms are:Two months deposit,one months rent,2500kshs being
water deposit and lease fees of 5000kshs.
The exterior is attractive but the rooms are tiny. Especially the living room.
For such a big house am surprised how small the rooms are especially the living room
good job! I think the rooms sizes are okay and it's a beautiful house to raise a family. Rent to own is a great option for us young people

Why are houses in my motherland have a lot of toilets and tinny rooms and kitchen. I do not get the concept. You cannot even host guests as you cannot fit in a dinning area or enjoy a movie. People dont fancy large bedrooms with enough storage for their cloths instead of toilet? This total waste of resources.
