Heinisch #12 Tailors Shears Restoration, Part 1

What began as a simple shear sharpening tutorial video quickly turned into a restoration video the moment I discovered thick layers of rust in the blades.
In this first part, I discover the rust caked on the steel, and I begin using brake cleaner, abrasives and polish to get the blades to a point where I can the begin resurfacing and polishing.
