Alcohol was my personal Egypt. I could not escape it on my own.Though I tried. And Tried. Only by putting my complete faith into God and turning my will over to him, was I able to lose my obsession.Eidt: And for that I am alive and eternally grateful

Thank you Rabbi I'm such a fan . I've been fully self-employed for 12 years. Woman employees and government officials scare me .I am consistently amazed how these communities are so unaware of how hard it is to constantly earn a profitable return amongst the modern sea of dependents to wealth distribution programs inheritances, social welfare, tax hikes ,expense hikes ,inflation. I often do my sums and feel sorry for charging my clients sometimes a honest fee to cover myself . I often wonder how many organisations are doing there numbers and taking in account how expensive life is today. How expensive it is to be completely free of dependencies .

I appreciate what you are doing and agree with most of what you say, and I donate what I can. There is something that is weighing on my mind for some time and it relates directly to this lecture. In some places with no welfare such as some parts of latin America and the Philippines there are single mother epidemics too. The Philippines also has people living on the street and eating out of the garbage and still having children. Any comment on that would be greatly appreciated 🙂.

Yes, @happy slave, you're correct. Women want babies so badly (baby hunger) that they'll settle for single motherhood rather than for single and childless. Welfare just makes it easy and inevitable. Cordially ~ RDL

Dear Rabbi, thank you so much for sharing these words of wisdom with us. There is almost no structure, no order in contemporary families, because people are fascinated with all sorts of libertarian ideas that destroy traditional family patterns. What is more, young people who want to follow traditional way of family life are severely mocked by their " advanced friends". It' s really a big problem for the sanity of our society. Lots of respect for your honest and outspoken words of truth!

I just ordered a copy of your recommended BIBLE. I'm looking forward to it's arrival! I have many questions when I read the Bible; I'm optimistic that the Hebrew Bible will help to fill in the gaps.

i wanted to be a baker, but ever since realizing i'm pre-diabetic, and should be on a low-carb diet if i want a healthy future, i've been reluctantly having to steer myself away from all things sweet. i'm so confused now, and i still follow so many baking blogs. the baking blogs make me feel down.

It sounds like an opportunity for you to specialize in delicious low carb, high protein baked goods, or baked goods for those with egg or wheat allergies. If that won't work for you, I'm sorry about that. Finally, could you stand to be a slender Baker and have family and friends taste the recipes for you?
